En el caso que tu planteas, la paciente presenta una asimetria que se debe mejorar, por lo tanto se retira mas tejido en un seno que en el otro. Para el seno con implante 280 cc se retira menos tejido que para el seno con 210 cc para lograr la simetria de la paciente. Recuerda que para lograr el volumen deseado se debe tener en cuenta la cantidad de tejido que retiramos al momento de levantar el seno

Basado en tus fotos, puedo apreciar que tienes una asimetria que podemos mejorar con tu cirugia. Indicas que deseas los senos levantados pero no grandes, para lograr este resultado, es necesario retirar el exceso de piel que tienes y poner un implante acorde a tu tamaño y contextura para reposicionar tus senos. En cuanto a la lipotransferencia, es importante conocer la calidad de tu piel, ya que las fotos no son fidedignas en muchas ocasiones y por tu antecedente de 3 embarazos debes tener flacidez. I’m a pretty small person, 41 years old, 5’4” 115lbs. Beast fed 3 boys. I’d like to improve the fullness of my breast and perkiness (and not have to wear a bra if I don’t want to), but not big boobs. Cuando realizamos el levantamiento mamario con tu propio tejido si reduce tu tamaño, puedes reducir entre 1 y 2 tallas, depende de cada paciente. Si deseas conservar la misma talla, te recomiendo un implante pequeño, ubicado detras del musculo acompañado de mi tecnica de cuñas que centralice y proyecte tus senos. Es importante evaluarte para conocer bien tu caso, ya que cada paciente es completamente diferente

I had a consultation with a Dr for an autologous breast augmentation with a lift and he said that I won’t lose size and will have more volume with this technique. Another dr told me that I will lose size with a breast lift but he did not offer this technique. Any insight would be appreciated. I have a smaller chest, but am happy with the size. My concern is loss of volume and my aerola size. I would like to stay away from implants if possible but I do not want to lose a whole cup size.

En tu caso te recomiendo con implantes, si lo realizamos con tu propio tejido, el tamaño actual de tus senos va a reducir, puede ser un implante no muy grande, detrás del musculo, retirar el exceso de piel que tienes para reposicionar tus areolas y queden centralizadas y con mi tecnica de cuñas, centralicemos y protectemos tus senos.
