I was looking for non-surgical treatments for my urinary symptoms (urgency and leaking). I received a combination of treatments. The Mona Lisa laser (3 treatments over 3 months) one PRP O-shot injection and prescription Ditropan one a day. I can honestly say that for the first time in 6 years I can leave my house without wearing bladder protection pads! This is huge!! I couldn't be more happier! It's not a complete fix but it has improved my quality of everyday life without having surgery. The cost (which insurance does not cover) outweighs the cost of missing work and the co-pay of a surgery which may or may not work. Dr. Bahmiller's office was professional and did not make me feel awkward as was my biggest fear. They truly wanted to help me improve my quality of life and put my fears at ease. I definitely will be using their services in the future.

My visits with Dr. Bahnmiller are always informative, timely and professional. The staff is courteous and helpful. My most recent treatment for the Mona Lisa Touch was thoroughly explained by both the nurses and physician. During the procedure, they were genuinely concerned with my level of comfort. They also did a follow up over the phone to make sure i was comfortable and addressed any concerns I was having.

Thank you Dr. Bahnmiller and staff for informing me about the “O-shot” with PRP. I am glad that women are able to talk about urinary incontinance, something that so many have struggled with and learned to live with, but would usually keep secret. I had 3 vaginal deliveries. I have suffered from urinary urge and stress incontinnence for the last 15 years. I’ve had 2 failed surgeries. The procedure itself was essentially pain free with proper preparation before with numbing cream and ice pack. I only felt slight “pinch” with the injections. I experienced some spotting the day of, and some swelling for a couple of days. It has been 4 weeks since my procedure and the results are amazing! I have noticed almost 100% improvement. I still wear a panty liner, but its dry most of the time even after my one hour brisk walks. I was very impressed with Dr. Bahnmiller’s professionalism and bedside manner. It has been two months since trying PRP injections (Lady Spot Shot) for my issues with urinary incontinence. I am 42 year old, have had three vaginal births and struggle with urinary incontinence everyday. While at my annual exam with Dr. Bahnmiller who has delivered all three of my children and I 100% trust, we discussed my concerns with urgency, and incontinence, he suggested I try PRP injections. I had no idea what PRP even was, he gave me a lot of information and of course I did my own homework before trying this. This website I found extremely helpful. Unlike blogs or any other internet searches this is only licensed physicians, and very educational. This seems to be newer procedure known as (The O SHOT) helping many women, not only with urinary incontinence, but with sexual function as well. This procedure is not covered by insurance, I was initially hesitant until my husband and I discussed how this incontinence really did negatively affect my life. The following week I did it! Minimal pain during the procedure, slight discomfort for one hour after, that was it. I was again hesitant the following weeks until around one month after, I noticed the pads I wear daily were not needed, and definitely notice increase in personal lubrication. I write this two months following and can not be happier with the results so far. It seems too good to be true. I write this review for all of the women out there struggling with this same issue. DO NOT WAIT! It is worth it. Dr. Bahnmiller is FIVE stars. He is genuine, he cares, he listens and he wants to help people live a healthy happy lifestyle.
