I cannot say enough about what a positive experience I had with Dr. Russo. After years of being dismissed by my gynecologist or told just to accept certain facets of aging, I met Dr. Russo. She actually listened to me, let me know that there were indeed options for me, and was really straightforward about what I was and was not a good candidate for in terms of treatment. She is kind, empathetic, and an expert in her field. Not only that, but she is great to talk to and really understands what it is to be a busy working mother -- I took a conference call while getting a treatment once because I didn't want to miss my appointment but my meeting was running long and I couldn't just leave the call. I was so stressed while on the phone and trying to figure out what to do as my appointment time slipped away and she just made no big deal of it and made sure I got everything done that afternoon that I needed to -- amazing!
