My nose had a big dorsal hump, a bulbous and droopy tip. I had always hated my nosrle, but after reading awful horror stories of rhinoplasties, I didnt want to have one. I was so surprised when I learned that many of them had Dr. Naqvi inject them with nose fillers. Dr Naqvi is really nice, actually funny and sees immediately what you want. He explained to me how skin necrosis happens, what were the first signs and everything. He was really honest and said it was a risk with any injector, even if it had never happened to any Of his patients He used 2 syringes of hyaluronic acid and injected it to different areas of my nose First, I doesnt hurt (like lips), doesn't bruise nor does it bleed (or barely). Most people around me didnt notice about my nose. Dr. Naqvi made most of my dorsal hump dissapear (like 95% gone), made the tip seem more pointy and less droopy and made the ugly bulbous tip simply unoticeable. Yes it added volume to my nose but it now looks muuuch smaller. I am totally in love with it and way more confident. Best decision ever.
