Some pain is very common after bone grafting and it can last for couple weeks. But please schedule post operative appointment with your oral surgeon to make sure if surgical site is healing well.

You can get your cavity taken care of while wearing your invisalign. After filling ask your dentist to make sure retainers fit properly or he can adjust filling accordingly.

Ideally implant placement is done after 4-6 months of bone grafting. Waiting longer then this can cause that bone to resorb.

Once you file down teeth, you can't add them. So your Dr is right. Also in some cases filing can cause sensitivity in future. If you are really conscious , I would recommend ,talk to your doctor. He can take impressions of your mouth, pour models and instead of trimming teeth in your mouth, he can trim on that model and you can see results. If you like result, go for it. I did that for one of my patient's and she was very happy with results.In her words she got her confidence back. Thanks

Jaw pain is very common after extensive amount of work. It can be caused because of opening mouth for long time or sometimes is also a complication of anesthesia used to numb lower teeth. In this case your pain will most likely disappear  without any treatment. Another reason for jaw pain can be that your bite might be off on some restorations. If their is severe pain related to tooth, it can be because of deep filling or crown prep and in that case tooth might need more treatment. Best solution is to talk to you dentist and have him evaluate reason for your pain and treat it accordingly.
