Hi. Liposuction is almost always a good complement to abdominoplasty in terms of body contour and overal results. As others have stated I would encourage you to loose some weight before surgery to maximise results and reduce surgical risks. Make sure you find a certified plastic surgeon.
I agree with most answers, there are no magic pills or creams for breast enlargement, and I would not recommend hormonal testing cause there is no way to know or predict results and there are many side effects you must consider. As for surgical options, breast implants have been used for many years and have been proven a safe option. The other alternative is fat transfer to the breast, which is also a safe procedure, with the additional benefit of the liposuction and the avoidance of implant related problems. You may have to consider more than one procedure if fat transfer is the option, however in my experience patients are very satisfied with results and the process.
Although there are no age limits for Botox and I agree with early start for the prevention of thin expression lines, it would be very important to evaluate you on rest and with facial movements to see whether the treatment will benefit you or not. As for regrets I think the side effects are minimal if you are in good hands and effects will reverse in 4 to 6 months, so bottom line, if its a real concern for you I would get a consultation with a trained professional and have a good evaluation to make a decision.
I can see you have had many thorough answers, however I would like to add it also depends specifically on what type of surgery you need. As for upper skin blepharoplasty alone, recovery is very fast and 5 days should be enough. As for lower blepharoplasty, it will depend on the extent of fat removal o repositioning, skin resection and lower palpebral tightening. Bruising could be heavier depending on the extent of what you specifically need.
Crying will not affect healing after blepharoplasty as long as you don´t rub your eyes heavily after. I usually recommend my patients to use artificial eyedrops to prevent dry eye and healing is great. For the most part, scars are not a big concern in either upper or lower blepharoplasty.
