Dr Schacher is a great injector, he knows exactly what he’s doing and ensures you’re comfortable through the whole process. His prices are fair and his talent is untouchable. I was nervous getting lip fillers for the first time but he explained the process and eased all my concerns. Dr. Schacher performed a Silhouette InstaLift on me. He is so knowledgeable and his staff are so warm and friendly to both me and my husband. The results from the procedure are incredible. All my friends tell me I look 10 years younger! I highly recommend Dr. Schacher and Bella MedSpa for anyone looking for a Silhouette InstaLift or any kind of injectables, Dr. Schacher is the best!

Well i just turned 50 years old and was unhappy with the sagging skin on my lower face but I'm not ready for a facelift (yet) I thought this would be a nice pick me up. First I have to say Bella MedSpa is a great facility and the doctor has a great bedside manner and I felt completely trusting of him. I got four threads on each side. First he numbed which side of my face with 9 small injections, he explained everything that he was going to be doing, the procedure itself took about an hour and 45 minutes. The first few days I could not leave the house , the pain was bearable I just needed to take Tylenol in the first 2 days. Unfortunately I am on day 12 and I do not see a difference. I will be going back for a recheck in three more weeks and they will take my after picture and I will post that picture soon as possible. Unfortunately I am feeling very doubtful much is going to change.

Still bruised and trying to find improvements......fingers crossed I will see some change and be happy in a few weeks. I will keep you all. I know we are supposed to build collagen around these threads but them sagging near my mouth and on my jawline was what I was hoping to get rid of most :/

Things are healing the way they're supposed to the only difference I see after spending $2,600 is I now have some scars from the insertion points and what appears to be a superficial thread that I can say on my left cheek other than that I have no improvements from this procedure

Unfortunately the silhouette lift did not meet my expectations at all. Dr. Schacher did add mint threads which made an improvement, except in the area in the next picture I added. I also have thread protrusion on my other side, but will add another picture in a couple weeks once any possible swelling subsides. Im hoping a couple more threads will get me to where i feel happy about my decision ;)
