This a common concern for patients post operatively however there is no need to worry. The sutures used often come loose or fall out without any ill effect and we usually see that around this time in the healing process. You appear to be healing well and the small amount of blood is to be expected with the suture coming loose. This does not require the area to be sutured again and it just requires a little extra care as that area may heal a bit more slowly than the surrounding tissue.
