I felt like a VIP. Dr.Livingston and his staff were amazing! I went in because my saline implants had popped (done by another surgeon) and Dr.L was able to see me the next day. Then I was in the O.R the day after consult. I would highly recommend Dr.L for breast implants. Originally, I was going to get saline again, but Dr.L explained that silicone was the better option. They have a better texture, and will never pop. The down side is that since they come already made so I had to go up a size. To this day no one believes my breasts are fake. The incision is so tiny, they look natural and feel amazing.
The staff is awesome, I never actually wait in the waiting area. As soon as I walk in straight to the back I go. Dr. Livingston assistants are very polite and knowledgable of their work as well as he is. I would highly recommend Dr. Livingston to anybody, he will get the job done no matter how complicated it maybe. You will most definitely be left satisfied, I give him 10 thumbs up...
If your looking for change, then look no further. You're greeted with a friendly and knowledgable staff willing to help with every step along the way. I highly recommend Dr Livingston and his staff as they're very professional and offer great results.
So I've been reading all the reviews and finally decided to write a review. I'm 21 I've always been very thin and fairly flat chested. I've always wanted a little cleavage and something to fill in my swim suits and shirts. I went to a consult with dr Livingston in Houston and immediately knew he was the perfect surgeon for me. I booked my surgery as soon as I was able. I never really had any doubts because I have wanted this for so long. My surgery day went great I woke up with a little pain but my nurses immediately fixed that. I did take my pain killers pretty regularly for the first five days. The reclined was my best friend. At almost two weeks now I feel almost normal! I'll continue to up date with pictures as they heal and add more later Updated on 18 Oct 2015: Forgot to add my size before was a 32 a sometimes b. I got 325 cc high profile mentors Updated on 18 Oct 2015: Updated on 19 Oct 2015: This was to even out my nipple size! We discussed this before surgery!Just to clarify. Updated on 19 Oct 2015: Two weeks post op and feeling pretty great!i really love them and they are starting to feel like my own I guess. My pain is minimal and I'm taking no pain relievers!
Dr. Livingston did vaser lipo on my neck and abdomen about 2 years ago and I am very happy with the results. The procedures where done in his office using a local anesthetic and there was almost no downtime. I did have to wear a garment for about a week but did not experience any pain or discomfort. One of the side effects of the procedure is that it kickstarted me into working out and dieting. Updated on 4 Aug 2012: Update: I received some comments saying this review is fake or ad-like. I can assure you I am a real patient and do not work for the Dr or any way related to him. He is just THAT good. In fact, he may not even remember me it was so long ago and I never told him I was posting on here. My results are real and so is this review. If you want more information about my experience feel free to send me a private message and happy to share further or even talk on the phone. I know the system can be abused but in this case, this is the real deal. Also, while the post-surgery results were great, my full abs didn't really come until a year later and that was after a lot of exercise and cardio. I lost a good 20lbs from dieting as well. So in summary: diet, exercise, a little plastic surgery = great results!
healthy diet and regular exercise should improve your problem areas but if you plateau after several months, vaser will help
american society of aesthetic plastic surgery and american society of plastic surgery stil do not recommend breast augmentation by fat transfer, please research this technique prior to embarking on this procedure by any surgeon
fat transfers can cause lumps and irregularities but by injecting very small amounts and gentle message, it can be prevented.
there is no evidence based scientific studies proving one technique is better than the other, however, gentle handling of the harvested fat and injecting very small amounts improves the results
I would wait until most and if not all of the edema resolves which could be several months prior to radiesse injection. About 50% of fat grafts will absorb and may require additional treatments. Talk to your plastic surgeon about additional fat transfer within the next several months.
