Hi, thanks for the photos to help. There are a few issues here. Firstly its important to find out what filler was used and approach the practitioner with your concerns.
Lumps are not uncommon but can be massaged out most of the time during, and in a short period after the injection. Sometimes this can be poor placement by practitioner, product used, and also lips can be loculated or walled off in sections so when you inject the product doesn't go exactly where planned.
I feel that there is too much product in there for a start, and I would encourage you to return to the practitioner to discuss your concerns. I would have hoped they would have settled a little by themselves as the fresh bruises indicate these pictures were taken very soon after the treatment?
Please check the qualifications of the practitioner, and as said before, product used.
