Dr. Constance and his entire staff are professional, personable and polite. Dr. Constance himself was able remove an annoying cyst on my head, with excellent results. I am very pleased with his method, and his attention to detail, ensuring the best possible results. I will seek his services, if there is ever a need , in the future.
Due to some sagging and a desire for more fullness, I got 425cc saline under muscle implants in 2003. Decided they were too big and had them downsized to 300cc in 2010. Fell off a ladder last year and ruptured the left side, then decided to explant. I wanted to avoid further implant surgeries, as they don't last forever. I also went through menopause with weight gain, so my breasts are large enough already. I was new to Florida and selected Dr. Constance after reading his awesome reviews. Some people even travel from the other coast to be treated by him. He recommended an anchor lift, patiently answered all my questions (I didn't know the headlights aren't supposed to face straight forward), gave me time to think, and then performed the implant removal and mastopexies on Jan 5 at Punta Gorda Bayfront. He took careful time in surgery, over 4 hours, to do a terrific job. He did not perform a capsulectomy, as it was not needed. The hospital staff were great - supportive and caring. I had little pain recovering and took half the pain meds. I slept fine in a recliner the first week. The worst part was my sore throat from being intubated, and pain peeing the first few times from the catheter. Dr. Constance checked me the day after surgery and removed the drains a few days later. They never accumulated much fluid. I saw him weekly for awhile, then monthly. I had great confidence in him the whole way through. I didn't get an infection or complication, and my scars are healing nicely with the silicone tape he recommended, I expect to use it for many months. I was very much against having scars, but realized the lifts were needed along with the explants. I slept on my back for the first 6 weeks, and am wearing a sports bra 24/7. I highly recommend Dr. Constance, he is a great communicator and surgeon.
