Quick answer is no - don't worry about it. The X-ray dose is too low to have any effect on the skin or any effect on any treatment you have had on the skin
In Australia Botox is classified as an S4 drug. It can only be injected by a doctor, or by a nurse after a consultation and prescription with a doctor, or by a dentist if it is related to dental concerns. But please think who you want to be doing your Botox treatment. They should be experienced, trained, and knowledgeable. If I was getting Botox done, or any injectable treatment, I would want the medical professional I see to take the time to do a full consultation - to understand exactly what I wanted to achieve, and then to explain how they were going to treat me to achieve that result, and also to explain what could possibly go wrong. I would want this sort of treatment to be something that they do on a daily basis, not something they do occasionally on the side. I would not base my decision purely on price, but i would also be aware that some charge a lot more than others for no good reason. Hope that helps!
The usual dose used in studies has been 20 units of Dysport or Xeomin, 50 units of Dysport. Sop you have received a very normal dose. I often do not use as much - maybe 36-42 units Dysport, in patients who do not have big strong muscles, and rarely use more (60 units Dysport - equivalent to about 24 Botox units) in patientts with strong muscles. Remember two things. It will take 2 weeks to have its full effect - so be a little patient. It may not remove all off a static line. Sometimes ingrained lines need a little bit of dermal filler too, or will improve more and more over time with repeated Botox treatment. These toxins are designed to reduce movement and allow the skin to smooth - they do not directly remove lines, and do not work immediately.
These products do vary a little from person to person. Dysport is said to work a day or so quicker than Botox or Xeomin. On average Dysport takes 4 days to START working but 10 days to 2 weeks to full effect. This is average - I've seen it work in just a day - usually young patients, and I've seen it not have much effect for 10 days, for example in a man with strong facial muscles. How long they last varies a bit too, depending on the individual, the dose used and the area. It also depends on what you mean - some patients think its worn off when a little movement returns, some don't think it needs re-doing until all movement has returned. If we take about 50% movement return as the time to retreat, on average this is 4-5 months for frown, 2-3 months for forehead, and 3 months for crow's feet. Some will get less, some will get more, a very few will get a lot more (9 months I've seen)
Theoretically there is no need to wait beyond a couple of weeks. However it is probably wise to wait until all the swelling from the surgery has settled, and your body stress levels have normalised. Maybe a month is sensible.
