Is it possible they physician may have chosen the wrong filler. I would avoid implants and strongly consider using a smaller amount and filler more appropriate for the tear trough areas. I believe a filler will give you more of a natural look.

I would start around 20-30 units. You don't want to put too much botox if you have never had botox before. Also with an inexperienced injector you may get a heavy feeling of the forehead which can be annoying to deal with when getting too much botox in the wrong locations. Your goal is to achieve a natural softening of the muscles.

The physician can dilute the botox however they want. Its better to find a skilled injector for best botox results. Some physicians dilute with 2.5ml of normal saline and some doctors price botox by area. The botox should last around 3 months.

I would start slow and try the volbella under the eye maybe a syringe or 2. Its better to do the lower eye in 2 different sessions and be conservative. You can always add more. A mistake is trying to do too much at once and over filling the under eyes.
The lips seems excessive with 3 syringes. It also depends on the look you were going for.
60 units of botox may also be a little excessive if you are just referring to the eyes?

Wow wow wow where do I start. For the past 2 years I have had the deadliest Migraines, Migraines that really made me one to just give up and take my life away. But one day I was referred from my Primary Care physician and told me to go see Dr. Chris which is a Dermatologists. I was a bit confused because my problem was migraines and he sent me a skin Doctor but i still went. First day at Oakland Hills Dermatology I felt like I have been at that office like a family member has been to a siblings home. He seen why I was there from my primary care doctor and then asked me questions about my concerns and then assured me he was going to help at any means necessary and he did.
