Not happy - absolutely devastated with the results

I’m absolutely devastated with the results! I had a dot on my nose and was being vein and asked if this could be removed also got eyelid lift surgery, my eyelids do look better even though the right eyelid has now sagged, he suggest to have a punch biopsy on my nose, I didn’t even know what that was but trusted him, I now have a brown dint on my nose absolutely devastated, this has caused me to be very depressed, as it’s took a whole year to heal, why couldn’t he of been honest

Avoid! I had an open wound for months

Do not have surgery by this man. The “care” I revived was disgraceful. I was dismissed / ignored and lied too by dr West and his colleagues. I had an open wound for months and a deformed stomach and scar with severe chronic pain a constant infections - he’s ruined my life! Stay away.

Wish I Hadn't Had the Surgery.

I had upper and lower eyelid surgery in 2018. I was very very disappointed with the results. Mr West stated that he could not do anymore surgery to correct matters. However following a formal complaint he undertook corrective surgery in 2019. I am still very unhappy with the results and as there has been no response to my email sent to him a week ago, I am now entering another complaint.
