Dr. Guzman is wonderful! He rejuvenated my face by at least 20 years. He did a lower face and neck lift. It is completely natural and I look like myself from 20 years ago. Natural, fantastic! He’s absolutely the best. Also, he is very kind, caring, easy to communicate with. His staff is wonderful.
I adore Dr. Guzman!! He did my breast Aug 10 years ago and they’re still perfect today. He’s also an incredible injector. He really makes you look natural and enhances your features. I would highly recommend him to anyone (and I do)!!
The office reached out to in a prompt manner an hour feted a in person consult at no cost. Dr. Guzman was extremely professional and knowledgeable with over 35 years of experience I knew that he was the surgeon for me. Despite the long drive from Brooklyn to Harrison New York there was hardly any wait time. And the staff was so incredible from the front desk staff to my anesthesiologist and nurse I felt very comfortable and in good hands. He was very optimistic about my results. The procedure went very well and I have the perfect belly button which was a dealbreaker for me. I was able to book a follow up after one week then three weeks then four weeks six weeks. Dr. Guzman was very transparent if I needed to repair my dog ears I could come back in but I didn’t need that and he was sure to make sure that I can call anytime with any concerns. I think I look like an actual vixen! Oh my curves looks so natural. I even had beautiful shaping from my waist line to match my derrière, which was quite shapely and a shelf projection. I dreamed of having a flat and smooth stomach since I was 10 years old. No matter how hard I worked out and eat clean I was had a pooch. I have to admit this was the worst pain I’ve ever felt in my life but as time went on I learn to manage it and after nine months I rarely have any pain and I don’t have to wear my faja 24 seven
Hi. I’m a 184 lb woman in my late 30’s, standing at 5’04”. Four days ago I had lipo and a bbl done by Dr Guzman, so far I am in love with the results. I previously had smart-lipo but I had a baby which lead me to this procedure. I know I’m done with having children and I wanted to be snatched again because my hectic life had my workout results moving in slow motion. Since this was my second surgery, I was warned from the beginning that this time around would feel like I’ve been hit by a truck. Because they would need to work more vigorously to get through the scar tissue left from the previous surgery. Boy were they right. My body feels like hell but I can see the results already. Also, sleeping on only your stomach has to be the worse thing I’ve ever experienced and I love to sleep on my stomach. I wake up with every bone in my body stiff. But as the days go on, I feel better and better. One thing I can say, I will never take sitting for granted again. I kneel down or bend over on the counter or table for things like eating, catching my breath, folding clothes, etc. Overall the healing process is a pain, literally but hopefully I’ll feel like it was all worth it once it’s all said and done. I will post pictures as soon I can. High five to Dr Guzman, his staff and associates. They treated me like royalty.
I've always been lacking in the back and was so self-conscious about the way I looked in clothes. I've tried weight training and would get some good results but I knew that it would take years of hard work and a consistent diet to get the real results I was longing for. I'd never really heard of the BBL until a couple of people I knew got it done and it prompted me to look into it. Upon doing so I knew right away that I wanted to do it. I had virtual consultations with several surgeons in New York State. I live in upstate NY and wanted to keep it as local as possible. For me, the thought of traveling anywhere by plane to do this procedure seemed daunting. Even though, upon researching, I quickly realized that a lot of great talent was in Florida, Mexico, and the Dominican Republic. Nonetheless, I stuck to the plan. The very last consultation I had was with Dr. Guzman in Westchester. I liked his work in the BBL before/after photos on his website, the price quoted was reasonable and his willingness to work with me as much as possible to give me the specific results I wanted to seal the deal for me. Although on the day of the procedure I was so nervous that I left out some specifics during the pre-surgical marking and therefore didn't get the desired result. However, that is of no fault of his and I am very happy so far with the results. He did give me what was discussed and it looks great! I'm 3 days post-op and I know that changes and some fat loss are to be expected and I'm anxious about that. I can't wait to see the final results! I will update with after photos as my recovery progresses. Updated on 21 Feb 2021: Updated on 3 Jun 2021: I’m still loving my results. I did lose a significant amount of fat due to losing 10 lbs over all with dieting and working out, but I’m very satisfied with my new shape. I’ve been getting radio frequency treatments for my stomach to tighten loose skin (from having 5 kids) and smooth out the divots caused by the uneven liposuction. That part I’m not very thrilled about but am still happy overall. BTW, I’ve seen significant improvement with the rf treatments I’ve gotten 9 of them and have one more to go. Updated on 3 Jun 2021: I’ve circled the one visible divot, but the other minor one is not visible in the photo.
Two days until i get my silicone gel implants removed without a lift or capsulectomy. I will be getting them removed under local anesthesia and will be receiving a Valium and Percocet an hour prior to surgery. I'm so nervous I don't want to feel anything!!! It freaks me out knowing that I'm going to be awake, although researching and reading about people's experiences have helped me tremendously. I'm not really nervous about what they will look like. I just miss my small boobs ????. There is absolutely nothing wrong with my implants. They look amazing, but over the past four years I realized how heavy they feel. It's extremely difficult to get comfortable at night before falling asleep, I constantly feel they are in my armpits when lying on my side. I haven't been able to sleep on my stomach in a long time. Removing my implants is a decision i feel is best. I realize the healing process may take some time, but am confident i will be happy with my results and free of pain.Updated on 12 Jul 2017: Honestly I woke up this morning so nervous. I ate a bagel before going in. Once I got to the surgery center I was given a valium and a Percocet. Which calmed me down tremendously. Walked into the operating room and laid down on the table. The nurses started prepping me and talked to me as we we waited for the doctor to come in. They covered me from the neck up. The doctor came in and started to inject me with the local anesthesia which i must say was the most uncomfortable part of the entire experience BUT not bad at all (just a few little pinch) i instantly felt numb. I felt a little pulling and pressure BUT zero pain! Literally took 20-25 minutes. I was talking and laughing the whole time. The relief i felt when he pulled them out was AMAZING! I asked him if they looked ok and he responded "they look great, its nice to be young" i'm 25 years old and have only had them in for 3 1/2 years. Once he was done, the nurses cleaned me up and took down the curtain. I looked down and all i could do was smile, they looked perfect. They wrapped me up and i was good to go. Signed my discharge papers and came home. I will post pictures in a few daysUpdated on 13 Jul 2017: Day two hasn't been to bad. I've been resting on the couch for most of the day. I've been able to get up pretty easily. I didn't need my pain medication all day but chose to take one tonight to get some sleep. The only pain I felt is the incision itself, other than that i'm fine. Can't wait to shower tomorrow and take my first look at them. Fingers crossed! So nervous!!! Updated on 14 Jul 2017: I feel so much better now that I took a shower. Here are some pictures of when I took my wrap off. Updated on 15 Jul 2017: Updated on 16 Jul 2017: Updated on 17 Jul 2017: My white strips over my stitches finally fell off. I can't believe how quickly the incisions healed. I have an appointment to see the surgeon in the morning for a check up. just letting everyone know I did hear and feel some fluid. It doesn't bother me but I did feel it when moving/turning a certain way. My doctor told me it was nothing to worry about. I have been in a tight stretchy sports bra day and night. Can't wait to ask him when I can go braless! Lol I am so happy to be back to my natural small size. My body looks so much better and proportionate. Although they were perfect I don't miss them. I had 2 children and I wanted to look good again. I traveled to New York for a consultation and front the beginning Dr. Guzman was just great!! He was very honest and explained all the steps for pre-op and post-op. His secretary and staff were absolutely great and were able to accommodate everything since I was traveling from out of state. The day of the surgery he made me feel very comfortable, since I was very nervous. Again the anesthesia MD and Nurses were very helpful and professional. In the OR I fell asleep and woke up fully dressed! It was a great experience. The first couple of days were painful and you will feel uncomfortable but he does give you everything you need. I will say to anyone who is planning to have this done..... 1. plan to get enough rest and make sure you take out the time needed to recover! 2. Follow all the instructions because your overall results depend on it. 3. Take the laxative if you are going to take pain meds! Do keep in mind that you will have swelling and it will take some time to see your overall result. It was def worth having him do my surgery!! Oh and he also did a fantastic job with my sisters surgery too. I am planning to return to him again!
Dr. Guzman did not perform my surgery. I went to him for a follow up, 2nd consultation. I shared with him my regret of going to miami to get a mommy makeover. There's no one to call, visit or check up on me. I've had breast pain, muscle pain, pins and needles and inflammation due to pulling my pectoral muscle. I was going insane. He gave me the best check up and answered all of my questions. He didn't rush me and made me feel at home. Unfortunately my recovery will take longer but now i know why. I would consider him if I needed any future work done. He has everything you need in a doctor. God bless you Dr. Guzman.Thank you for taking the time to help me. You have a heart of gold.
I am a 49 year old man who has high blood pressure and decided to get a liposuction with Dr. Guzman in his clinic at 440 Mamaroneck Ave, Mamaroneck NY and the outcome was perfect as expected. I chose him because of his well deserved fame in doing what he does and I am very happy with the outcome. Dr. Guzman makes post surgery calls from his cell phone to follow up with patients. He also tells his patients what to expect or what not to expect. Dr. Guzman is also very fluent in English and Spanish and I believe he speaks other languages too. Who does not want to have surgery with a Doctor who reconstruct other Doctor's bad medical practice?
I really loved Dr. Guzman from the day I had my consult! I saw a few before him and he was the one that made me feel comfortable. I got a tummy tuck with fat transfer to my butt. I am very pleased with my results! Lol although I would like to go back for a second fat transfer to butt and also would like to check about breast augmentation! I am going to make my next consult appt next month! Both staff and Dr are very nice! I def recommend them :)
Thank you for your question. I would suggest that you check in with your surgeon, there are different types of bras used depending on the individual person. Your surgeon will know best.
There is no reason not to do both procedures together, provided that you have a pre-operative clearance appointment with your primary doctor. Liposuction of the abdomen is usually done in conjunction with the tummy tuck, the fat would be used for the BBL. Hope this helps.
