Hi there. Yes, a result similar to this should be achievable for you however you should be aware that all eyelid operations work on the foundations of your own anatomy. I would recommend a medial epicanthoplasty procedure to sharpen the inner corner of your eye and to allow for some show of your tear ducts which appears attractive and combining this with either a incisional or non-incisional double eyelid procedure. The decision for either can not be determined on a photo alone and requires a clinical assessment of your age, amount of skin excess, amount of fat and muscle bulk in your upper eyelid and a discussion with you regarding the pros and cons of either approach. I agree with the previous answer that finding a board certified surgeon who is experienced in Asian double eyelid surgery is your first step.

Hi there. Thanks for your question. It is a personal choice to some degree what you prefer in terms of a double eyelid fold height. Most Asian patients have a somewhat flatter facial profile and high double fold creases do tend to look less natural, however I would say that your current fold height is not bad.
The main issue you have however is what I would term an 'untidy fold'. This is different to a triple fold which can be a result of scarring or congenital tethering. While you have a distinct upper most fold, the skin underneath this fold has become loose (possible due to years of tape use) and is forming excess folds underneath your main fold. A formal double eyelid procedure will correct this problem bu reducing the amount of skin excess in the lower part of your eyelid and tidying up the fold lines.

It appears as though your previous double eyelid operation has created an outfold crease. The issue with this is that you have a strong inner eyelid corner fold (medial epicanthal fold) which is tethering the lower part of the inner skin down and creating a second (natural fold) that was likely previously present to some extent before your operation.

I would recommend you see a surgeon experienced in revision Asian double eyelid surgery. My method of correction for this would be to revise the inner aspect of your double eyelid scar and combining it with a medial epicanthoplasty procedure to release the tethering in the area and clean up your inner eyelid fold.

Hi there. From your photo and description it appears that you have a triple fold formation. This is caused by an adhesion between your skin and the underlying eyelid structures that is occurring above your natural eyelid fold. The causes of this may be due to trauma or previous surgery causing scarring but can also be a natural occurrence due to your anatomy.

The correct method of addressing this surgically is through a blepharoplasty incision, but you may wish to consider a surgeon experienced in revision eyelid surgery or revision Asian double eyelid surgery. The scarring or tethering needs to be released carefully and upper eyelid fat can be mobilised to sit between the scarred area to prevent re-adhesion and to allow proper fold formation by creating a gliding plane.

Unless you have an implant inserted through an incision in your areolar area (which would not typically be an incision used for breast augmentation), any scar should not affect breast feeding. 2 things to note are that many patients who have been told that they have a keloid scar in fact have hypertrophic or 'overactive' scarring rather than a true keloid. This is commonly seen in caesarian section scars where the stretch and activity in that area leads to a thickened, widened scar and is not actually a keloid scar. It would be unusual for a keloid or hypertrophic scar to develop in the inframammary fold area which is the incision site of choice for most plastic surgeons for this procedure.
