Fillers injections under the eyes can be very tricky for some patients. I regularly use Juvederm Volbella in the tear through with great results. However, each patient is different and it is true that Juvederm can swell more than some other products in this area. I rarely get bumps or lumps from that product since it is very fluid (almost like water), but it is not impossible. Fillers can be injected in the tear trough with a needle or a cannula, deep on the bone and of course, by a very experimented injector.

Normally, after injections of fillers in the area under the eyes, the swelling (or edema) should go down between 2 to 4 weeks. So if the bags you are talking about are from swelling, they should go away very soon. But what seems to be the problem in your case is an accumulation of product in a certain area, and lack of product in other areas. If i were you, i would go back to my doctor and ask for a dilution with Hyalase, and start over (maybe with another professional). Im sure you can get great results after seeing your pictures.

Botox in the Glabella is mainly used to treat the wrinkles in the area of the Glabella. It can also have an effect on the eyebrow by lifting it and opening the area around the eyes. It should not have an effect on the corners of the mouth. If you had other treatments done at the same time, it could be related to another treatment.
