Unfortunately there is no way to grow the jaw of an adult. Elastic rubber bands will pull your teeth into a proper relationship but will not affect your external jaw line. If your jaw line is a concern you should speak to your orthodontist about having orthognathic jaw surgery.

Your simulation is definitely possible using Invisalign if you are under the care of a skilled provider. With that said, what you see in the simulation is not what happens in real life unless the forces hit the attachments properly and the simulation over treats this particular problem. The photos which you have shared do not show the attachments and your overbite doesn’t appear to be overtreated. My advice to you is to seek out an orthodontist experienced in Invisalign treatment. If you are not sure whether your doctor is experienced you can always go to the Invisalign website to see your doctors level of experience.

Unless the tooth has fused to the bone (which you did not indicate) it can be moved into the proper location. If the problem is that your tooth is too thick with the composite from a prior restoration, the composite needs to be thinned out and the bracket should be replaced in the proper location.

What you are describing is called interproximal reduction and it is a normal part of orthodontic treatment which almost 50% of patients need. It is totally safe and actually removes the outer part of the enamel which leaves the stronger part of the enamel exposed which is actually less prone to decay.

4 weeks is normal processing time to receive new aligners. My only recommendation would be to wear your current set for 22 hours per day instead of 10 hours to prevent your teeth from moving backwards and losing progress.
