As others have stated, Dr Franco Webb is meticulous and thorough, not too mention extremely personable and caring. I have been to her for 2 procedures and cannot be more satisfied. I was really pleased that she was able to do a breast augmentation revision in her office without need for IV sedation. She used oral medicines and local anesthesia which is much easier to recover from immediately following the procedure and cost effective. She has my complete trust and confidence and I highly recommend her.
A very compassionate and skilled surgeon. Always available for any questions or concerns that I had before and after my surgery. Very pleased with results. Just a month out and healing well. I would highly recommend
Highly recommend for a MMO. Had a drainlesss tummy tuck and implants and love my results! She is extremely thorough through the preop stages and creates realistic expectations. She has also been very attentive post op. I am so happy I chose her to do this surgery for me!
I had a breast augmentation with Dr Franco -Webb on 7-20-2017 and I am extremely happy with my results. The time had come for me to replace , my saline implants done by another doctor. He is In Atlanta, since I no longer live there. I am so glad that I chose her. I had some concerns about my results, since this would be my second surgery. She seemed to care more about my satisfaction, than just trying to make a sale. You're not shopping for a dress , that you can just take back , if you're not happy. This is your appearance and she's the best ! If you're in the Denver area . Choose her! Thank me later .
My experience with Dr Franco-Webb and her staff, from the moment I walked into the office was superb! They are always very welcoming and kind. I had 4 consults for my mommy makeover and I knew the moment I left her office she was my Dr! She is very caring, compassionate, & detail oriented! She spent 2 hours with me going over almost every detail on how she does her procedure. I'm detail oriented myself so I highly respected this quality about her! Anytime I had a question she was/is always available promptly via text or phone. I'm very happy with her and her work. I did a BA, tummy tuck, and lipo of the flanks & axilla. Being a female was a plus as I feel they know our body better. I highly recommend her and I brag to my friends and family how amazing she is! I will post pics to show my progress.
Dr. Franco-Webb was more than I could have hoped for in a surgeon. I visited with 4 doctors before choosing to work with Dr. Franco-Webb. Not only was it nice to work with a woman who had gone through the surgery herself, but she made me so comfortable! I had no anxiety regarding her expertise or abilities. She was very patient with me in my fears of choosing the wrong implant size. She did a great job of explaining what would take place during the surgery and what the healing process would be like. After the surgery, it was so helpful to have her cell phone number to be able to send any questions directly to her. Dr. Franco-Webb did an amazing job and I couldn't be happier with my results! I would recommend her, and have to anyone!
Testimonial for Dr Franco-Webb Dr Franco-Webb performed a corrective mastopexy and implant exchange surgery for me. I feel like I have gotten a breast “reboot”, and I am extremely pleased. I sought the help of Dr Franco-Webb to correct a botched mastopexy with implant exchange done by a different surgeon. Issues needing correction were asymmetry (left larger than right), nipples not centered, and bottoming out at lower breast creases, and chronic low grade areola pain in left breast. I'd had two failed breast surgeries before meeting Dr Franco-Webb, and I told her that I was apprehensive about trying a third surgery, and that I felt defeated. She assured me that I was in good hands. From the consultation forward, I felt positive and hopeful. Dr Franco-Webb had read my lengthy email, listing my surgery desires and my many concerns. She addressed each item, explaining in detail, how she would tackle each problem. The morning of surgery, when she sat in front of me to make measurement markings on my chest, she again, explained her specific markings and the expected outcome. The surgical team was professional and genuine, and their facility is top notch. I've had four post op follow up appointments, of which, Dr FrancoWebb personally tended to me. This was a welcome experience for me, because with past surgeries, the doctors had their staff nurse do follow up. Being cared for at the post op appointment by the doctor vs a staff nurse, showed me that she goes above and beyond to personally confirm her patients progress, and that she actually cares about the integrity of her work. Dr Franco-Webb is not only a skilled, talented and gifted surgeon, she is a genuinely caring person and a special lady. I highly recommend Dr Franco-Webb.
Dr Franco Webb was amazing as well as Yalena. They were very accommodating with scheduling my surgery date and saving a time for me! Yalena is a great coordinater! She is very informative and professional. The procedure was easy and not stressful at all. Dr Franco Webb is very good at what she does and I couldn't ask for the expierence to be any better. I'm very excited about my new body and will continue to care of it the best I can! All the staff was very friendly and respectful! Recovery was well explained as well as the procedure. Thanks Dr Franco Webb. I would recommend 100%!
I was experiencing severe neck and back issues due to very large breasts. I was unable to exercise and was even having trouble sleeping. I had undergone a previous breast reduction surgery 25 years earlier and although the surgery itself was very painful and the recovery difficult, the reduction was successful and had improved my lifestyle. Since then the breast tissue had regrown and I was again experiencing pain and discomfort. In my initial consultation with Dr. Franco-Webb, she explained how she would do things differently and even explained why should thought the previous surgery had been so painful and had resulted in a long recovery and regrowth. The procedure was done in a few hours and the pain was considerably less. Within a week I was off pain medications and the recovery was not only much easier but complete enough in 6 weeks for me to take a vacation to the beach. Very happy with the results!
Dr. Cecelia Franco Webb is a physical healer of the body but also a person who puts lives back together. I had colon cancer 15 years ago and a huge scar that was about an inch wide that extended from above my umbilicus to pubic bone. Then I lost 80 pounds and with that exposed five hernias and a skin flap that made me self-conscious. I felt that my body didn’t show the weight loss because of sagging and draping skin. I consulted with Dr. Webb and the first thing she said to me was, “There is a little person in there.” I knew she understood my feelings. I asked if she could help this 60 year old body by removing the scars and fixing the hanging skin. She assured me as I also felt that all my issues with the cancer and losing so much weight, would be behind me. I was scheduled for surgery in March 2016 and couldn’t wait to have my scar and skin gone for good; thus a new me to match how I really felt inside. Everything around the pre and post visits went beautifully. Dr. Webb was in contact with me and my general doctor the whole time. She gave me her personal phone number and even on weekends, a month out, she was there for me. I contacted her two different weekends and she replied immediately. I couldn’t believe the compassion for the patient. This was very important to me since I live four hours from Lone Tree in a very small community in Wyoming. Dr. Webb had to do a bit more work on my abdomen because of the cancer scar and weight loss. She worked two hours longer in surgery, but never asked any more than was quoted. I find this so humbling to believe that she was so giving to me. As for her surgical skills, my incision sites are absolutely beautiful and my tummy looks amazing. My muscles feel that they are supporting my body and I think I even stand taller. I actually have a waist and at a month out, I am finding that my smaller clothes are fitting looser. Dr. Webb said just wait until July and I will see even more progress. Without a doubt, it was a team effort. All the staff at her office made me feel at home. If I had a question, she or her staff would call me right back. I am so thankful to Dr. Webb and her team. I feel like I can fit into my biking shorts without tucking all that loose skin away. I know that writing this is just a faceless note to some of you, but this surgery has made such a difference in my life. Thank-you for giving my life back to me and I hope many others will seek your help.
Since the separation of your muscles above your belly are not repaired with a mini tummy tuck, this could be what you are seeing. Since we do not have before and after photos, I cannot say for certain that this is the reason since I don't know if you had a significant separation of your upper abdominal muscles before surgery. Good candidates for a mini tummy tuck are those who have minimal to no separation of their upper abdominal muscles. Follow up with your plastic surgeon. A possible option, if your upper abdominal muscles are noticeably separated, is to have that repaired endoscopically, usually by a general surgeon. Best Wishes!
My patients are instructed not to do any cardio type activities (this includes dancing) for three weeks after surgery. This type of activity can produce fluid that accumulates under the skin. Follow up with your plastic surgeon because, if you have fluid, he/she can aspirate this which will allow for faster healing and a better result. Also, if you were instructed to wear a compression garment or a binder, please follow your doctors's instructions. Best Wishes!
A mini tummy tuck would allow your plastic surgeon to re align your lower muscles to flatten the bulge that is seen on your side view. The excess lower abdominal skin would be removed, making that scar line flat though a little longer than what it is currently. The skin that is removed should be taken from above AND below your current scar line. If too much is taken from above the scar line, your resulting scar could end up too high. The down time is definitely shorter than a full tummy tuck. Best Wishes!
Ask your plastic surgeon for a referral to a general surgeon who repairs umbilical hernias. Have your plastic surgeon contact this general surgeon so that the general surgeon knows what was found at the time of your surgery. You can then have the hernia repaired, usually covered by insurance, probably at least 6 months after your tummy tuck surgery. To change the shape and the size of your belly button, your plastic surgeon could help with this or instruct the general surgeon how to do so. I would make it smaller by using a purse string technique and quill sutures. Best Wishes!
The bulge that you are seeing might be fluid under the skin. It would be difficult to separate the muscles after stitching them together, although that would be a question for you to ask your plastic surgeon since I do not know how he/she stitched them together. I use two layers of stitching and have never had any separate. Do follow up with your plastic surgeon because if it is fluid, he/she can drain it and you will have a faster recovery and a better result. Best Wishes!
