Hi supergirlpro! It is not uncommon to have asymmetry between your labia minora. It is definitely a possibility to have a one sided labiaplasty to make them more symmetric. Cost is most likely going to be slightly less because it is less time. I would recommend consulting with board certified plastic surgeons in your area to discuss the risks and complications and make sure you understand the expectations. I hope this helps!
Hello c520! It appears that your scar has become hypertrophic meaning that you have developed excess collagen. This can make them red, firm and itchy. It can be uncomfortable if your bra is also rubbing you there. Steroid injections are generally the first line of therapy to help reduce the scar. I would discuss with your surgeon. I hope this helps!
Hi Tough463704! I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your results. Part of the asymmetry appears to be due to your natural anatomy. Your inframammary fold sits higher on the left side. Most women do have asymmetries prior to surgery and they can be more noticeable afterwards. It also appears that you have developed some scar tissue around the left implant capsule. This is called a capsular contracture. I would discuss the options for treatment of a capsular contracture with your surgeon. I hope this helps. Good Luck!
