I can only say excellent things about Dr. Chang and her team. I am 67 years old and was in need of a neck lift/lower face and upper eyelid. I was very nervous about plastic surgery but fortunately my girlfriend had used Dr. Chang for the same issues and I was with her throughout her experience. I can only say that her healing was phenomenal and fast and that her team of nurses and office people were wonderful and on call 24/7 arranging everything for me. My results are natural looking, Dr. Chang is known for this. I look much much better and younger, refreshed. She has a very gently touch and believes that the patient should look better but not look like she's had work done. I followed her strict pre and post op rules and also did hyperbaric oxygen treatments post surgery as per her requests. My healing was unbelievably quick and I experienced ZERO pain and only took muscle relaxers and Tylenol. Dr. Chang is a rising star and is young and uses up to date procedures. She is triple Ivy League accredited and highly educated. I am so relieved I chose Dr. Chang, she is quite amazing.

I had like most four consults with other doctors but kept hearing about Dr.Chang. One visit later and I am now the proud owner of a younger version of me. Granted I am only 10 days out and I have been out to dinner twice. No bruising and minor swelling and tylonal was all I took. UNREAL! Dr. Chang is a gifted surgeon, and just as important, a genuinely nice person. I’m thrilled with the procedures she performed. I look totally natural and 20 (OK, maybe 15) years younger. I always felt heard and supported by Dr. Chang and her incredible team, from the initial interviews to post-surgical care. My concerns were always addressed thoughtfully and patiently, and I felt comfortable asking questions and requesting help, no matter how minor the issue. I knew the moment I met Dr. Chang that I could trust her. She is caring, attentive, skillful, truthful, and delivers the results she promised.
