Dr. Riley offers a comprehensive evaluation and personal medical attention that is often missing in many practices. The staff is always professional and available for additional or follow-up questions. What I appreciated most during the process were the regular consultation follow-up visits and attentiveness whether in person or virtual to ensure that I was progressing according to her medical plan and expectations. I would highly recommend Dr. Riley as I couldn't be happier with the results, my overall experience and the short amount of time it took to achieve my goals
My experiences with Dr. Riley have been amazing. She has been very patient and encouraging throughout the my weight loss journey. I highly recommend Dr. Riley to anyone looking for a physician who truly cares about their patients.
Thank you for your question. I agree with Dr. Zadeh. RF Microneedling is cost effective and will help improve both skin laxity and scarring. You can get really nice results with a series of 3 or 4 treatments.
An in person evaluation is necessary to determine which intervention would be best treatment for you. There is a new non-surgical treatment that you may be a good candidate for. The procedure is done in the office with a device called Aviva (by InMode). It uses bipolar radiofrequency to reduce the size of the labia and clitoral hood without any incisions. The procedure can be done with local anesthesia and there is minimal down time!
The impact of childbirth on the vagina has many variables (i.e. genetics, trauma during childbirth, etc.). Some of the effects can be long-term and can negatively impact sexual stimulation. Vaginal tightening can be achieved both surgical and non-surgically. Non-surgical options include radiofrequency technology, which use heat to tighten the vaginal walls. These procedures can be done in the office. One option would be the FormaV by InMode.
