It is 100% safe to treat multiple areas at once with Coolsculpting. At our practice we have treated as many as four different areas at one time without any complications. With treating multiple areas, your treatment time is reduced and results are seen faster than treating each area separate. 

It is best to wait at least 24 hours before exercising after Botox injections as it can increase the chance of bruising, swelling, and headaches. Also, exercising immediately after injections will cause the Botox to pull away from the muscles and not be as effective. 

The Coolsculpting procedure time varies depending on the areas we are treating. The average time for a Coolsculpting treatment is around 3-4 hours and the results are PERMANENT.

One advantage we have that sets us apart from all the other Coolsculpting providers in this area is having multiple machines. We are not only able to DUALsculpt and TRIsculpt, but we are now able to QUADsculpt meaning we have 4 machines total to cut down treatment times! 

The number of treatments will vary also. Typically our patients only need 1-2 treatments to get their desired results. 

After Botox injections you will want to avoid excessive amounts of alcohol and sweating as this can increase the chance of bruising. Do not use a Clarisonic brush for 72 hours or lie down 4-6 after injections. By doing so, could take a chance of moving the Botox around. 

Botox takes 2-3 days to start working, day 5 it does most of its work and in 7 days you'll receive the full results.
