About over a year ago I had the privilege of undergoing a Deep Plane Extended Facelift performed by Dr. Carlos Rosales at Hospital Galena in Cancun.
Dr. Rosales is a true artist with his hands. His expertise and skill were evident throughout the entire process. I also received a brow lift, upper and lower blepharoplasty and bullhorn lip lift.
I was equally impressed by Dr. Rosales' team of assistants who provided exceptional care and support. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and well-being. Additionally, the use of a hyperbaric oxygen therapy as part of the treatment accelerated my recovery.
There is also a Four Points hotel located next to the hospital, with direct access from inside and you have the option to enlist the assistance of a nurse for a very reasonable price.
I highly recommend Dr. Carlos Rosales and his team at Hospital Galenia for anyone considering plastic surgery. The level of expertise, personalized care, and excellent facilities provided a positive and transformative experience. Well I finally did it…what a journey it has been! I cannot say enough about Dr.Carlos Rosales and his beautiful team of wonderful assistants. Wow just so genuine, engaging, caring and passionate about their work. I highly recommend Dr. Carlos Rosales as he is very personable and absolutely an excellent surgeon… he really goes the extra mile and is a true perfectionist in his practice. I had a deep plane face and neck lift, brow and lip lift, upper eyelid reduction. I was so excited but very nervous felt so vulnerable…but soon after meeting the crew in person I knew I had made the right choice. I have always been fairly confident in my looks until late forties when everything just began to sag! I could not stand looking at myself in the mirror any longer…what a state ugh

Love the results, no regrets, still healing only nine days in. My daughter came with me to Cancun and helped with my care and took many pics. Procedures: Deep neck lift, buccal fat removal, and chin implant.

This was my first experience with plastic surgery; to be honest I was really nervous at first, especially since I was getting it done in another country. Dr. Rosales and his team were amazing; they did everything possible to make sure that I was comfortable and that I was knew what to expect during the procedure. After the surgery, the nurses checked up on me everyday during the recovery process and after.

The results from the chin implant was seen immediately. As for the buccal fat removal and deep neck lift, I did not see the results till like a month and a half later due to the swelling. I'm completely satisfied with the work; I feel and look more confident. I definitely recommend Dr. Rosales.

I would like to start saying that I made an extensive research on a good doctor I could trust to do my secondary rhinoplasty because I suffered a lot with my first surgery, after a whole year and i was still on pain ,, well, after 5 months on searching I finally found what I was looking for , it helped me the great reviews but mostly the results I got to see in real patients. BEST DECISION EVER!!! DR ROSALES IS NOT ONLY AN AMAZING AND EXTRAORDINARY DOCTOR AND PERSON, HE IS ALSO THE BEST FROM THE BEST!!!!!!! He made my rhinoplasty and also an inferior blepharoplasty, after my first surgery I was still not able to breathe, I couldn't sleep at night, I had to take sleeping pills, plus the pain, but with my secondary surgery with Dr Rosales I was able to breathe from the moment I stepped out from the hospital I realized that I was breathing !!! the recovery was easy , I didn't have any bleeding, the swelling and bruises were minor and only lasted for a week, He also changed the shape of my nose and and after almost 3 months from surgery is still in the same position and is looking better and better within the days pass by. For sure He changed my life! I don't want to leave behind his wonderful team, they helped me in every step of the way, from dealing with the appointment, payments, tests, what to expect before, during and after surgery, and all of them were simply amazing , God bless them all , and many many blessings to Dr Carlos Rosado, He was the miracle I was looking for, I'll be forever thankful !!!!!!!!

My experience was excellent, I am 63 and I needed to fix my nose because I couldn’t breath properly so I needed a fictional rhinoplasty, and I need to say that I had hypertension, so I was not an easy patient.. I’d like to comment that everything was perfect, first Dr. Rosales’ assistant indicated which steps I needed to follow to get an online appointment, then during the appointment Dr. Carlos Rosales explained me all the things I needed to do before the rhinoplasty and clarified all my doubts. I went to marvelous Cancun two days before the Rhinoplasty and I enjoyed it, also I asked the doctor to make my nose to look better, (big job for Dr. Rosales) during the Rhinoplasty I had to say that I didn’t feel anything so when I woke up I was amazing because I could breathe much better and my nose looked very nice. The days after I just felt better and the post surgery was pretty simple, now I am very happy to had the Rhinoplasty with Dr. Carlos Rosales who improve my life a lot, I just want to thank him, and fully recommend. I had a revision rhinoplasty, he completely fixed all the issues of the previous one. I chose him specifically because of all the rhinoplasties I look at on instagram, his noses were always the most perfect and cutest. He didn't disappoint! I had zero bruising or swelling. I had tremendous swelling and bruising with my first rhinoplasty done elsewhere. I stayed next-door at the Marriot which is connected to the hospital. I would recommend that as well as the room service food was delicious and had many vegetarian options. Dr. Rosales is very thorough and includes in this service various follow up appointments to ensure that you're completely happy with the results.

I first decided I wanted to get a nose job about 5 years ago. However, I would go back and forth whether to get the procedure done in the states or abroad. Throughout those five years I did some research and that is when I came across Dr. Carlos Rosales YouTube account. I immediately was amazed with his work. We had the consultation online and instantly I knew I wanted Dr. Rosales to perform the procedure. Not only did he do an amazing job but he truly cares about his patients. I had such a beautiful experience with Dr Carlos Rosales would absolutely recommend him! I found him on YouTube he has great videos in both English and Spanish his videos made me fall in love with his work. It was totally worth the trip to Cancun (IN LOVE WITH MY RESULTS) he really listens to you and is really sweet and caring! And I was super surprised that I felt no pain ever during my recovery with my rhinoplasty it was super easy especially with the nurses always answering any questions or concerns I had even after leaving Cancun!! Thank you Dr Carlos Rosales for giving me the results I wanted and for being a wonderful doctor to your patients :)

Wonderful experience with Dr. Carlos Rosales. He is a wonderful surgeon, and the staff was always helpful and kind. They ensured I had a smooth prep, surgery, and follow-up. On August 20th, 2021, Dr. Rosales performed a few procedures which included, a Rhinoplasty, mentoplasty, Buccal fat removal and chin lipo. I was extremely nervous since I was traveling alone. The staff made me feel very comfortable the day of my surgery. The recovery was a success and followed every single step as indicated by Doctor.
