May be adequate, but depending If you have breastfed, otherwise the possibility of strias is high when you put under high tension your skin envelope. 
I see in the photo actually a broad thorax, but your Surgeon according with the measures must decide the best volume. Always the decision depends too if the implant is placed under the muscle or subglandular.
the breast augmentation is not a matter of inserting a "silicon bag", it must be the state of the art considering several factors.

I would recomend it scar revision.

Not at all! Stay away! It is very very dangerous For your health . The problems are forever! Since local and migration to the kidneys. 
Once inside, it is imposible try to be taken off! 
Don't do it! I have several patients with this material that was put elsewhere, with big problems. Chronic inflamation. Pain, change of color of the skin, and at the end can cause death!

First of all ask your PS, call him, because every Plastic Surgeon have diferent ways to treat the postop.
Generally speaking The prosteshis feel a little hard the first 3 months, but it depends on wich plane were inserted, subglandular or submuscular! 
I recomend the band very rare, but that is a personal opinion.
Better call him!

in the abdomen a Tummy tuck plus fat grafting in the buttocks.
Actually with lipoesculpture in the upper área of the buttocks plus the wait and grafting the buttocks Will give excelent result.
