5 stars are not enough to speak to the talent, the gift, the eye for perfection, the caution and the craft of his hands! Dr. Carlos Gonzalez Cortorreal is not only a very talented surgeon but one that takes pride in great work. I was impressed by the passion, joy and confidence yet humbleness when we discussed his work. During this time I never felt rushed. His willingness to answer as many questions asked made me feel at ease. Once I was done with the consultation I knew he was the Doctor I wanted performing my surgery so I scheduled to move forward with my breast lift and augmentation. I left the office excited and confident that I was in good hands. Dr Gonzalez Cortorreal check in with me after I was discharge and send home to make sure everything was going ok. No questions was left unanswered. I love love my new boobs! If you're looking to have breast augmentation or any cosmetic surgeries done I would highly recommend Dr. Carlos Gonzalez Cortorreal. I believe you will not only be happy with your results but with the overall experience. I would do it again with Dr. Carlos Gonzalez without any hesitation. You'll be glad you did too..

Initially never wanted breast implants. Only wanted a Lift back in 2014. I was convioby the surgeon I would look best wit implants and I went with it. I always had small breast. When I came out of surgery and look at myself I immediately knew I would not get use to the new oversized me.

After having the implants for 4 1/2 years I could no longer have these things inside of me. I promised myself I would stay true to my desires and not allow a surgeon to convince me that the best outcome would be implants.
Rewind back to 2014, I got the implants (375cc) and a year later returned to the same surgeon to express my un desire for these Huge things. As a result now I had huge sagging breast because he didn’t preform the lift with the first surgery. So I’m really unhappy with how I look. He recommended I get smaller implants 360cc with a lift. Once again I gave in. I most say to his credit. They did look very realistic, always got compliments on how undetectable they were, if you didn’t know me from before and knew I carried implants. Si now I’ve had 2 surgeries.
Fast forward to 2019 4 1/2 yrs later, I gave it time to see if I’d adjust to having the smaller ones and NEVER did. Time to remove them and find a surgeon that understands my desires and gives me honest options.

I meet Dr. Carlos Gonzalez. My reservations were meeting a Dr that understood my desire and would be honest with the results and a great outcome. As soon a I meet him he was very patient with all my questions I had done all the research possible and knew what questions to ask and what to expect so I wasn’t blind going in. He was very understanding patient and REALISTIC. He examined and explained what could be done. To my surprise he explained I still had enough natural breast tissue to have a great outcome after removal with a lift. He was honest to say if not for having breast tissue I would have been completely flat. CONTRARY to what other surgeons told me. I immediately knew he was the surgeon I wanted to perform the procedure. I had performed all my labs and Medical clearance with my primary doctor to be clear and everything was ok to proceed. But arriving to The Dominican Republic he stilled performed all examines again. As he should!!! And found my blood pressure to be slightly high. I don’t suffer from HBP but he explained it could be emotional from being worried and also I just landed a few hours prior. If all had went well the surgery was scheduled two days after but he canceled and wanted me to rest and calm myself so he postponed the surgery for after the weekend.

Cant explain how happy I am with my results and feeling myself again. Dr. Carlos Gonzalez did amazing work. I’m so thankful for coming across this doctor. His work made me feel while again.
