Dr Retief is an amazing skilled surgeon/dermatologist who has treated me with compassion and top quality care, and after care, with the help of her wonderful staff - Tammy,Lindsay,Adam and the beautiful dark haired lady who took my stitches out - pain free and Miss Terri her sweet,patient,caring office manager.The care and after care, and compassion are outstanding, which is a rare commodity in this field. Also I found Dr.Retief to be completely accessible after my skin cancer surgery (other dermatologists are just not very accessible, and you are out there on your own as soon as you walk out the door trying to figure out to change the bandages etc.) This lady and her staff are also very,very respectful to seniors, which is really HUGE. Thank you Dr. Carla, I love you and your staff.

As I've aged, I noticed my face and skin looked older than I felt. I wanted to look as good as I felt, but still wanted to look like me. Dr. Retief was able to do just that. She had me bring in an old photo of myself, asked what bothered me most, and gave me back my youth with a few syringes of filler, a little Botox, and her skincare line. I can honestly say my skin has never looked this good. She's a miracle worker!

Hollow under eyes, looked tired all the time.

I felt at my age, 51, it was time to start the beauty maintenance with more than just Botox. I asked Dr. Retief what the most aging feature on my face was and she told me my eyes. So, I went for it and did it and i am so happy. I have seen Dr. Retief over the years for skin exams and Botox.  But, recently I had a blepharoplasty (upper eyelid surgery) by Dr. Retief. She did it in the office without any type of anesthesia other than numbing it with lidocaine.  it did not hurt at all.  I had no bruising and looked great in 5 days!  Everyone complements me but cant tell what I had done.

I had upper lip wrinkles and alot of sun spots from growing up in Florida, and I wanted to clean it up. I had Total Fx fractionated laser resurfacing and filler placed under my eyes by Dr. Retief, and it made a world of difference.  I look  so much better and younger.  And now I use her skincare line which is also unbelievable.

The pros were I got an appointment and the mole was removed.  

researched on internet and she sounded qualified and ideal. Terrible experience. only pro is that the staff is recognizing their problem in lack of service. A nice lady was hired to manage and over see all problems in the practice. I met with her she was very apologetic and nice. I got most of my money back- however she was supposed to make sure my insurance did not pay for anything and if they did to refund what they charged insurance --So I need to call her and have her contact and refund my insurance company.
