Dysport is typically injected using a dosage of 3 times the amount of Botox Cosmetic dosage that one may be familiar with.  So, if you typically have 32 units of Botox injected to correct forehead frown lines and raise your eyebrows, then 95 units of Dysport if the equivalent and correct dose.  Both Botox Cosmetic and Dysport are safe and equally effective treatments.  I use both.

To be safe, it would be wise to wait at least 6 months after any invasive procedure such as dermarolling before beginning a course of Accutane in order to minimize any risk of scarring.
