From your pictures, it appears you would be a great candidate for lip fillers. Depending on the injector, the type of filler can vary. I personally prefer Restylane Kysse for lips as I feel it gives a more natural look, but you should use whatever filler your injector is most experienced in. I would recommend no more than a syringe to start. You can always add more later, if needed. I would try to find a reputable injector near you for complete evaluation, including of other areas of the face such as the chin to give perfect harmony. Best of luck!
If you are wanting to avoid a surgical procedure like a chin implant, you could definitely try filler to help project your chin further. I typically use Juvederm Voluma or Restylane Lyft, which are more structural and long lasting fillers. Sometimes, in projecting your chin, it can also help with the excess skin and fat beneath the chin. Nothing is as good as a chin implant, but chin filler is definitely a great option. The disadvantage is that you will have to be reinjected every ~12 months. In regards to the line between your eyes, this is usually best addressed with Botox, but seeing a specialist can help you determine this for sure. Hope this helps!Dr. Claire Melancon
