Bushra Ali, MD - Account Suspended

I went to Dr. Bushra Ali for BeautiFill - lipo + fat transfer 3.5 months ago. I'm thrilled with the results. My stomach is flatter, and the downtime was minimal. I did wear a support garment for several weeks, but had little to no fluid leakage in the small entry points on my abdomen. I still have a little numbness, but it's slowly disappearing. She also injected some of my own body fat into areas in my face, for the most natural plumping in my face and hands. I'm always leery of fillers, because I just know that I'd like to look younger and rejuvenated....but never puffy and/or filled. Dr. Ali assured me that she understood what I was saying, and that she would make sure that it looked natural. The result.... SUPER natural looking injections....Dr. Ali knows what women want and do NOT want to look like, and is one of the most talented injectors I've met. No one would ever suspect that I had been injected (so natural) that I had anything done, but my face just looks more youthfull, and skin looks smoother. Literally, days later, I met a woman my age who was dropping something off at my home at 6am (just woke up, no makeup, morning face, etc), and she randomly mentioned how young I look! Plus using your own body fat to fill means no foreign substance in your body - it literally becomes a part of you instead and ages with you, instead of wearing off. Amazing treatment, and an awesome doctor!

Reverse subtle sagging around my jaw or what I call sad mouth. The procedure was non evasive with no downtime. Numbing the area only produced a little discomfort as expected. Dr Ali used a vibrating tool to redirect discomfort during my procedure. Very clever Dr Ali as it worked like a charm. It has been 2 weeks and every now and then I will feel a little pinch in threading area , just enough to let me know it's there. I could see subtle lift immediately after she was done. I was so happy I wanted to cry. I am very grateful to Dr Ali and her staff. Looking forward to the future as procedure will increase collagen growth and elasticity for years

My journey began 18 yrs ago w/ chronic illness diagnosis. Low immunity lead to scarring on my face. My reflection mirrored years of pain, suffering, sadness. Self esteem depleted. In effort to take back my life I went to see Dr Ali about correcting some of the damage. Years of agony lead to permanent sad eyes and frowning. We discussed options. I chose Xeomin to perk up my eyes and worry wrinkle. Simple procedure and it worked. No more sad eyes! Scars on my forehead were thick. Dr Ali suggested laser treatment. A little concern as I’m Hispanic and didn’t want pigment to darken. Dr Ali assured me I was a good candidate. It was a little painful but manageable with Tylenol. Almost 2 weeks later I can see smoother skin & dark pigmented thick skin lightened in treated areas. I’m still healing. Not gone but faded enough that concealer covers the area. Nothing covered it before. I was realistic about outcome as damage was extensive. I am so happy with my results. I have reason to smile again and my eyes show it. My Self esteem is recovering and I’m feeling good about myself again. Definitely worth it. Big thanks to Dr Ali and her staff.

I am 55 years old and have significant scarring and wrinkling on my forehead due to curling iron burns. I also have natural wrinkles in between and around my eyes. I have seen Dr Ali in the past for both Botox and Xeomin in the same area. As always , she came thru for me . I opted for Xeomin as it is s more natural product and I am ecstatic about my results . I was getting complements from strangers just hours later. Dr Ali has the knowledge , experience and expertise to know exactly where and how much product to apply for natural results. No Doe Eyes! Her office is sooo relaxing and very very hygienic at the same time. She also performed micro needling to my forehead and other problem areas. To early for a review on micr needling. Dr Ali and her staff are considerate, kind and professional but not stuffy. I had some concerns about what I wanted from the procedure and more importantly what I didn’t want. Dr Ali answered all my questions with empathy and honesty. I was so happy with my results. I went back for another round 3 months after my first. I’m loving myself again. I am 53 and I welcome each morning with a more youthful and natural looking forehead, eyes and smile. Thank you Dr Ali. Two thumbs up!

I have been getting botox for years from an injections so this was the first time I got it from a Dr. I was very happy with her manner and she was happy to answer all my questions and was even able to treat more areas than I had done before. I cant wait to go back for my filler next month. I just left the office and it takes a few days to see results but I have every reason to believe that I will be happy. I feel more confident having procedures done by a medical professional. I will post pictures of the results in a few days.

Dr. Ali was kind , patient and very knowledgeable. She included me in decision making regarding my health and options to treat conditions. I felt respected and listened to . She spent a good deal of time getting to know me and my concerns . I’m very pleased she is my new provider !!
