Will a labiaplasty increase sexual sensitivity?

Sensation improvement is variable&nbsp;depending on factors like&nbsp;age, hormone levels, ect. Your bladder symptoms (ie. stress incontinence) may or not improve but typically does not with this procedure alone because the Vaginoplasty is performed at the bottom region of the vagina while the bladder is more towards the upper region. You could have additional treatments done to the bladder including nonsurgical options.

It is okay to start walking two week post operatively. 2-4 miles&nbsp;may&nbsp;be too much initially.&nbsp;You may be sore after walking so obtaining numbing cream from your surgeon prior to walking is recommended.

Can I go walking 4 weeks post vaginoplasty and breast implants?

The procedure itself would time about 1-2 hours followed by 3-6 weeks of recovery time depending on the extent of repair needed for the tissues. You may also benefit from Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy post operativity after adequate healing time.

Spotting is normal for normal for up to one month after the procedure due to sutures breaking and tissues healing.

Is it normal to still be spotting blood 3 days post op vaginoplasty?

The difference in the two photos is primarily related to the different muscles that are involved with putting legs up verses putting them down. There is nothing abnormal in either photo. As far as your sex&nbsp;drive&nbsp;being low, there are several reasons why this would be at the age of 18. The most obvious one would be hormone levels being off. I don't think you need to pay for vaginal rejuvenation.

It looks like the labia minora were sewn together above the vaginal opening but it is very hard to tell exactly was is going on. The first I would do is remove the sutures. These will cause permanentindentations. I&nbsp;am worried that it may be too late unless this is done soon. It looks like there is still some swelling most likely due to the sutures but remove them as soon as possible.

Because you had an infection in that labia, the less trauma to those tissues will result in a lower chance of another infection and less chance of scarring. You first want to wait 3 months before doing anything. During that time I&nbsp;would use warm castor oil packs applied directly to both labia. This will be healing as well as increase the lymphatic flow draining the affected area. Once 3 months have pasted, it would depend on how the labia would fee (i.e. softness, appearance) as far was what treatment would be best. Depending upon the exam, options include topical treatments, as well as healing therapies that can be non-invasive or minimally invasive to correct the situation but waiting is the key. My real advice is don't be in a hurry to correct it because you can create worse problems.

I agree that it is early for this to occur and usually happens after childbirth or with aging. The cause is usually due to the labia majora loosing their fullness. I would not recommend any surgery for this as the result could create problems as you age. If you wanted to due to do something, filler injections into the labia to make the labia majora larger is the cheapest and&nbsp;safest thing you could do. When I use a special formula for this kind of problem, it&nbsp;will last 6-12 months and then often&nbsp;needs to be redone.
