This is a great question because care post treatment is really important. Cleanse your skin with plain, lukewarm water and a gentle cleanser. Do not scrub your skin or use an exfoliant - only gentle washing using your hands or a soft cloth. Apply moisturiser generously and reapply when your skin feels dry. It is essential that you are very strict with sun protection measures - wear a broad-spectrum SPF 30+(at least) daily and reapply. Wear a wide-brimmed hat and protective clothing. It is recommended that you're very good with sun protection for up to 3 months post laser. Cool packs can help with swelling and discomfort.
