To assess for frontal nerve damage after a brow lift, simply lift your eyebrows.  They should move up and down, if not there may be temporary paralysis.  This can take some time after a procedure to resolve. 

Note also if there is Botox in your forehead the frontal branch of the facial nerve is not necessarily damaged.  It may just be the Botox 

First off, always make sure allergic issues are not adding to the appearance.  Simple use of an intranasal steroid spray can eliminate some puffiness. 




You can try a unit or two of Botox under the eye as well




Chemical or laser peel is an option




Lastly, a small skin pinch and removal of a portion of the lower eyelid fat pad are surgical treatments

Believe it or not...the nasal tip swelling takes the longest to heal.  You look at your nose daily in the mirror so can't really see the subtle minute changes although at one year from the procedure the pre and post op differences will be apparent. 

Sorry to hear of your dilemma. 

I see from your photos what your describing.  You can deproject the nose through a few different methods.  However the cartilage has memory which means it may warp after the procedure no matter how straight a surgeon makes it.  

Check out the internet for a few techniques described.  One is a medial crural set back.  The other is vertical dome divisions.  Also take a look at the Anderson tripod theory.  It will really give you a good conceptualization of nasal projection/rotation 

A photo may help to get a better idea of the asymmetry.  Quick note, if it is only a few millimeters, you can inject a few units of Botox under the brow that is lower and the several units can improve on brow assymetey
