It is fine to bend over. I generally instruct my patients to check for any lumps the night of the filler treatment because it is easier to gently massage them away as opposed to discovering them at a later time.
I recommend you avoid lying flat for a few hours after Botox and avoid any strenuous exercise the day of your injection. For both Juvederm and Botox, I suggest you also avoid any activities that could result in an injury to the face or injection sites that day as well. Otherwise, you can return to normal activities.
This looks like a sub-conjunctival hemorrhage which is probably unrelated to the fillers. It can be related to rubbing your eye, vigorous exercise or elevated blood pressure. I would suggest you see your primary to rule out the latter.
Blepharitis is not permanent and is not related to the Botox injections. It is also not a likely side effect of tattooing either. I would be more concerned with your light-sensitivity and blurriness. I would follow any treatment regimen prescribed by your ophthalmologist and follow-up with regards to the light-sensitivity and blurriness.
It is unusual to have that kind of reaction just 2 hours after Botox. It may represent a neurologic condition or perhaps a coincidental preceptal cellulitis. I would recommend an ophthalmic evaluation to determine if antibiotics are an appropriate therapy.
