I had a breast augmentation 500cc under the muscle on May 10, 2018 still recovering very slow process i have been in pain for a while going to continue to document my progress. On day 3 I developed a fever of 105 I called my doctor immediately! It was a Sunday and he advised me it was just my body regulating from surgery and to take Tylenol and walk around and breathe deep! Still recovering and still in a lot of pain! I will keep you guys updated on everything in the next few days!
I drove nearly 3 hours to this office and It was worth every minute in the car. Dr freedman is an artist! Don't be dazzled by all the high tech fancy places to choose from this practice is for real people. I'm very pleased with my results.
A tough 2015 left me feeling wiped out and old. Needed/wanted a "refresh" that would not be dramatic but slow down that aging process. Ended up doing upper and lower eyes and mini-neck/face-lift. About a month after the procedure results appear to be heading in the right direction. And while I was able to get back to work fairly quickly one should not underestimate the healing process. All in all am very happy will my decision to do this -- for myself, not anyone else.
I had gone through my entire life with a very flat chest, so the idea of breast augmentation was always on my mind. So when I was planning my wedding I decided to start researching my options. Dr. Freedman was so knowledgable and answered all my questions. In all my research he was the first Doctor to sit down and go in depth on the history of the procedure, my concerns, and the options. He and his staff went out of their way to make sure I was informed and comfortable with my decision. It was a wonderful experience and I love the results!!
Outstanding. I have known Dr. Freedman for many years. He operated on my hand a couple of times, and he also operated on a friend and a relative. His father was my GP for years. Though I interviewed several other plastic surgeons, Dr. Freedman stood out far from the others. He is an EXCELLENT surgeon, his office and operating facility are immaculate, and all his staff are very knowledgeable and kind. The anesthesiologist he chose was so very nice and took great care to make sure I was comfortable with his part of the procedure. The charge for the procedure was about average, considering the procedure was done in his office surgical suite and not a hospital. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Freedman.
I'm 29 had my first lip filler and it was an amazing procedure. He is so knowledgeable on his pratice and truly cares about his patients. I would recommend this for anyone that feelshe they need an change to definitely come and see him. Worth every moment. He took hid time and advised of what he felt was correct and what look the best of me.
Dr. Freedman truly is one of a kind. I had two lipo consultations with him before booking the surgery, and both times he spent a good amount of time with me. Not once did I feel "stupid" for asking questions that were probably no brainers. He made me feel so comfortable and I never felt like he (or his staff) was disgusted by looking at my body (even though I was!). Also, I typically feel like doctors "speak down" to me because of my age, but he never questioned me or my intelligence. I decided to go with liposuction AND a BBL because I had so much faith in Dr. Freedman, and let me tell you, he knocked it out of the park! And guess what? I am only ONE day post-op writing this review. Will my results improve? Absolutely. Am I anywhere close to healed? Nope. But I had realistic expectations and am trusting this process. However, I can tell you that I spent YEARS hating myself and my body--so much so that I struggled with self harm and depression--and one day after surgery and I'm already buying lingerie and bathing suits on Amazon for a few months from now! EVEN swollen and bruised, I feel so much better about myself. Another thing: I really feel like Dr. Freedman understood where I was coming from. I explained that I was not uncomfortable with my "size" necessarily, just the large stubborn pouches of fat that I had. He didn't even question it. He seemed to understand that I enjoy being a little bit thicker ("Skinny" just isn't my thing (most of my generation will probably agree. "Thick" is kind of the new thing...can you blame us?! Curves are great.)--I, personally, don't find it attractive [on me!]) and didn't make me feel bad for that. He seems to really understand women, something that I initially was a tad concerned about (I contemplated going to a female plastic surgeon--but there's no way she could've done a better job). Anyway, he SUCCESSFULLY removed 6,000 cc's of fat! That is NOT an easy feat! He made sure I was safe and comfortable, and replenished any fluid I had lost during surgery. My stomach is SIGNIFICANTLY smaller on post-op day 1 (although I'm sure I'll blow up a little from swelling any time now), and my thighs, wow! Oh, and bye-bye back fat! I definitely won't miss you. Lastly: the anesthesiologist and his nurses/staff. INCREDIBLE. Elizabeth and Allison (sp?) are wonderful, wonderful, wonderful people. So comforting. I never felt like they were rude or condescending (I say this because I get that vibe from most dermatologists or plastic surgeons offices). They took EXCELLENT care of me and made me feel really cared about. My anesthesiologist, Dr. Holt, was from Inova Fairfax and seriously? One of the best dudes I've EVER met. So caring and calming. My gf and roommate and I have even contemplated how we can send him a care package or edible arrangement--he was THAT great! Basically, this is a WONDERFUL group of people with an extremely knowledgable and skilled surgeon. I was in no way coerced into writing this review--these are all my thoughts and opinions, and not once did I even discuss with Dr. Freedman that I WOULD be writing a review. I'm surprised I'm even coherent enough to write this. Not gonna lie, I feel like I've been run over by 3 trucks. Worth it? Oh yeah. Anyway, if you're looking to get plastic surgery, Dr. Freedman is the guy to see. You will NOT be disappointed. He is thorough and talented and kind! Good luck! :-) (I will update this review once I have gone to post-op, and then again in a few months)!
I am so happy with my results. Dr Freedman and his staff were very helpful. I had been on multiple consultations with other Board Certified Plastic Surgeons in the Northern Virginia DC area. I told him that I did not want to go to big that I wanted them to look natural. I had so many concerns I do a lot of weight lifting and have several friends that have their implants under the pec muscle and when they workout the implant would move. He ended up doing the procedure over the pec muscle and it looks awesome no movement when exercising. He recommend 325CC High Profile and I absolutely love the results. Everyone answered my questions and trust me I had so many and I never felt pressured or that any question that I had was stupid. I must say this was a great experience all around. I highly recommend Dr. Freedman as well as all the staff. Great experience.
I had been thinking about body sculpting for many years as the genetic depositing of fat on my frame was something I did not like. I really wanted to like how I looked in my clothes. I made the decision to do this and it is, without a doubt, the best decision I could have made for myself. I am 2 weeks out from the procedure and when I look in the mirror I grin from ear to ear! I am SO happy with my results. Dr. Freedman is an artist who can help anyone achieve the results that they desire.
While I am 65 years old, I don't look that age. I have very good skin, no wrinkles, no sagging except for my neck. All my age was in my neck. I had my double chin liposucked (is that a word?) about four years ago, but now I had loose skin and my salivary glands were very prominent. I visited Dr. Freedman and explained what I wanted to achieve. He was very attentive and listened to everything I said. He showed me what I could expect from a neck lift and I was pleased with what I heard. We scheduled the procedure and I saw him again two weeks before the surgery date for a pre-op exam. Day of surgery, I met with the anesthesiologist (so sorry I can't remember his name because he was wonderful). I told him I have always suffered from post surgical nausea, no matter what kind of anti-emetic I was given. He said he would be sure to administer enough medication to avoid that side effect. I did not have a single moment of nausea following this procedure. Thanks! The nurses who assisted Dr. Freedman, Angie and Elizabeth, are aces. You can tell they love what they do and they share in your excitement of the "new you." There is a saying that goes something like "Do what you love and you'll never work a single day." Angie and Elizabeth are exactly where they want to be and it shows in the way they take care of you. This part of my review is subjective since everyone is different. I did not experience any pain at all. There was some bruising, but it wasn't too bad and was mostly gone by Day 11 when I got my stitches out. Getting the stitches removed didn't hurt at all either. I really can't see the incisions since Dr. Freedman hid them so well. My results are fantastic. My neck looks exactly like I wanted it to but didn't think it could. My daughter came over yesterday (Day 12) and I sat right below my wedding picture and she said my neck looks exactly the same now as it did then. It does; honestly, it really does. It's smooth, but soft; it doesn't pull anywhere. I love it.
