Only if the underlying cause is treated. If not veins recur.Hence only a board certified Dr. Should treat you
generally these are normal and a no treatment option should if possible be encouraged. If treatment is done sclerotherapy in good hands is best.Radiofrequency should be avoided as should laser treatment
veinxpert is a rebadge of tc3000 a machine manufactured by F-care systems in Belgium and sold in the USA but suffered from issues of build quality, safety(skin burning) and poor maintanence at the Miami outlet.(see FDA)Veinwave11 is a machine designed and built in the UK.The main difference is the wave form which enables a virtually painless treatment of spider veins,on the legs.Veins can be treated with veinwave using k3 needles upto 0.5mm without purchase of "other needles" used by veingogh systems.TC3000/veinxpert have no track record with reproducible clinical results and little media exposure cf to the clinical gold standard of veinwave especially in Europe for treatment of facial veins..The models mentioned are all doing thermocoagulation. Its a little like saying all cars are the same as they get you from A to B.The underlying component quality, and wave design seperates these 2 devices with consistent reproducible results with veinwave which is distributed worldwide.
Sclerotherapy should not be used for face spider veins. Results are poor and risks unacceptable. Laser does improve some veins but with less success than thermavein or veinwave 11.
You should not get a refund. Its a well known side effect. Your consent should have covered the risk. Sorry .
