Does Coolsculpting Work

I'm a mother of 3 kids I"m very active I work out, run, walk and I dance. I even have an app that counts my set and keeps record of my food and drink intake. I"m 5"4 130 pounds. I'm a great shape with the exception of my lower tummy, my sides and back of legs. No matter how much I exercise it does not seems to go away. Now I went to see Sonobello boy are they expensive, it was not clear if i was paying for the building and decor or if the cost was for the procedure. I did more research found a Dr. closer to my work, I called set up an appointment with Dr. Davidson office. The young lady who was there was very loud she asked me what was the reason of my visit so loud. I looked at her like" inside voice" anyway, I met with Dr. Davidson who stated I'm a great candidate for coolsculpting because I didn't have much fat and it will work perfect however he did mention there's no guarantee. He quoted me 1500 for my lower tummy and two sides(love handles) The day of the procedure I got there around 7:40 a.m, was seeing by him at 8:06 a.m he took pictures, weight me and have me change. Into the room the tall coolsculpting machine, nice decor and comfortable table. He marks my body to make sure he targeted most of my fat. A cool pad is apply he stated that pad is to protect my skin, so far nothing uncomfortable, after the pad is applied he now start the machine I felt like my skin was being pull nothing alarming, or too discomfort, what I didn't care for is the machine, that was the only awkward part. after 60 Minutes he removed the machine you can see a block of fat hard and cold it got uncomfortable table only when he started to massage it again nothing to bad. He did the same thing on my other selected parts. I have to say I didn't experience anything like some people mention. I'm still wondering if it is going to work. because no pain nothing, the only thing I can say is after the procedure you can feel your side getting a little bit cold, feeling it spreading around other than that nothing. Procedure was done on 7/16/2016 Updated on 21 Jul 2016: Like so many reviews where they had terrible pains, it's different for me, nothing to bad, it feels like I'm having contraction. Both side and middle section is a bit num,but I can still massage that area. I'm able to sleep now the second day I couldn't sleep. I wake up thinking I had some type of bug in me. Nothing major to report I will post pictures. You can see in the pictures I'm bruised and bloated. Updated on 23 Jul 2016: It had been one week since I have my coolsculpting done. I'm still having cramp like contraction but nothing I can't handle. I think I see change but I'm think it's because I'm worried. I haven't exercise much. I have to see I'm still feeling bloated not sure what to do with that. Updated on 27 Jul 2016: Ok, I know I mentioned it was not painful which was true until the 8th days. I couldn't walk, I honestly thought I was giving birth to something annoying painful type of labor. After Sunday it was been pretty good no more pain, I'm walking again. After I had it done I was feeling tired, sweating so much and had lost stool. I learn everyone disposed of it differently. I can see my skin is less prune like looking. So far I'm liking the results, I have to mention I stopped exercise, couldn't walk far. Here's some pictures
