I'm so grateful to have found a plastic surgeon like Dr. Kotti. His results were excellent and a year after my surgery, I'm still so happy with my outcome. I did liposuction with breast & bum fat grafting. It was my first surgery ever so I was super nervous initially, also I'm from the US so I wasn't so sure about surgery in the Middle East. However, by chance I found doctor Kotti after visiting a handful of doctors and I felt quite comfortable with his expertise at the consultations and his well accomplished background and certifications in Europe and North Africa. The results of his before and after photos were also very natural looking, which was what I wanted. He and his team were very patient with me throughout the whole process and available round the clock if I needed. After my recovery, my results came together so beautifully, I couldn't be happier and I wish I had done it sooner. It's one of the best things I did for myself. Dr. Kotti also did some facial filler for me a few months after my surgery and he did my friends breast implants as well with amazing results. In my opinion, Doctor Kotti is one of the overall best plastic surgeons in Dubai and probably #1 for breasts and body. The quality of his work is equal to the top American plastic surgeons, while charging much less. If I do another surgery, it will only be with doctor Kotti and I 100% recommend him for anyone wanting to do body liposuction, fat grating, implants and facial fillers/procedures!!!!

i just love his work, a professional artist , personally i trust him only with my body, blindly. totally recommend him. i wish he still work in tunisia, however, still any country he will work i will definetly follow
