I loved how he work in my nose. Very realistic and beautiful. I am very happy with the result. I really see that the doctor has a lot of experience and an the staff is very friendly and support you with everything.
I had a consultation with probably 3 different surgeons before Doc. Dunkley and he was the only one who took the time to walk me through every step, expectations, pro and cons, answering all my questions and making me feel so comfortable, I had no doubt I want him as my doctor. Doc. Dunkley is really knowledge, professional and patient. And not just before but after my surgery he personally called me to follow up and check on me. He’s been in every post op appointment following my progress making sure the results are the best (and they are).Oh but let’s not forget the receptionist, the surgical team, his assistant and the esthetician (who’s been helping me through my recovery) every single one of them make you feel unique and special, so attentive. This is my second time coming to Doc. Dunkley and I’m super super happy with the results of my tummy tuck and breast reduction/lift with out implants. Previously he work on my BBL and let me tell you I can’t be any happier. I am currently 3 weeks out from my vaginoplasty & labiaplasty. Being 62 years old, I have been surprised at how easy the recovery has been. Dr. Dunkley is amazing; a true artist, professional and so down to earth. Everyone at this office is friendly, calm and knowledgeable, which made me feel so comfortable. If you have even slightly considered this type of surgery, I would highly recommend Dr. Dunkley and his team. After 4 kids, 3 miscarriages (14, 15 and 18 weeks), years of struggling with menopause, a full hysterectomy, divorce and normal aging I did this for me and I could not be happier!
I have had 3 breast augmentation with Dr Dunkley and they all have been wonderful. I had a leak aftee 10 years so I had them replaced and upgraded to silacone. Dr Dunkley ia geeat. The staff is friendly and professional. They made sure I was comfortable in recovery. The facilty is clean and modern. Would definitely recommend
Dr. Dunkley and his team helped me feel comfortable throughout the whole experience. I showed up for the procedure very nervous and the anesthesiologist was amazing at calming me down. When I woke up, I was cared for and just felt throughout the whole experience how much Dr. Dunkley and his team cared. My incisions under my breasts had some necrosis (not his fault- my bodys reaction) and Dr. Dunkley got me in and cut out the dead skin and took care of me no charge. I will go to him with any procedures I do in the future and highly recommend. As an incentive for posting a review, this reviewer received an entry into RealSelf’s monthly $500 gift card giveaway

Society has shown women to be a certain way or what's pretty what's not. I was a part of the 2016 let's get a butt job fad. 1st time I woke in so much pain I couldn't walk. 2nd time we moved it to the outside of the muscle and it slipped down after a year. 3rd I went to Ryan staton and got his implants they looked good for a year or 2 but, after 6 long years of having a foreign object, I wanted them out!! I hated them so bad!!! They looked like what I finally wanted out of a magazine. I'm so grateful there's hope out there and hope they other women can to be comfortable back in there own skin. I'm a very very active person so I could always feel them and see them at certain angles. I hated them so bad. I had a consultation to remove them and even the doctor a year ago didn't think it would be a good idea, because of what I would be left with. The saggy mess and dents behind. The scary pictures I have seen online. I let my fears get the best of me until I had enough. I went 5/31/22 my only expectation heading in was to remove the implants. I wanted to pull the skin tight because after 6 years I'm 40 years old 120 lbs they started to make my skin sag so bad. I went for it! I'll post pics as I go. Today is day 16 of recovery. Having the implants removed isn't what hurt. It was the incision I had around the back and my hips connecting to my tummy tuck so it was like having a reverse tummy tuck. It was and has Ben the most painful thing I have ever felt or gone through in my entire life. Day 1-8 the worst really 6-8 very worst. I woke up and my surgeon exceed anything I could've expected! I now have my cute little bumm back. I love love love the look. I'm still adjusting to getting comfortable in my own skin sleeping. Having laid on those implants for long it's been a creepy thing to deal with. I'm getting through it one day at a time. Healing each day. I would recommend 100% for women to remove them if your thinking about it. Don't think twice. My only regret is not going sooner. I loved my surgeon and would highly recommend if you need this done to come to Utah for him. (There's a hotel outside his office) Ryan staton who put the last implants quoted me 50k no thanks. Dunkley is fair and he knows his stuff! He's professional and I love his staff too. They addressed any concerns and helped me along the way with amazing follow up. So if your reading this and you want what god gave you back don't wait. It's worth it!!!!!! I'll keep this updated. I'm just happy to share that it's okay to love what god have you. I'm grateful to have a tiny little yoga bumm again. I'm excited to build it how I want to when I can. Was cleared at 2 weeks to workout arms. 2 more I should be cleared for everything but we will see at my 4 week check up. Super happy!! Updated on 28 Jun 2022: 1 month post opp today feeling so good each day. My hips are still a little tight. My range of motion is almost back to normal still not all the way. I'm super happy I did it and grateful he was able to make it look better than before

Dr. Dunkley is the best. He's very knowledgeable about his surgeries. He can always answer all my questions & provides even more info than I even ask. He always makes me feel comfortable & always has the best suggestions for me & my body. He explains the procedure in detail so you know what to expect. He's done one of my previous surgeries & I dont even have a scar & healed up perfectly. Him & his whole staff took amazing care of me. Everyone who works in his office are wonderful individuals & treat you like a friend rather than a client. I've also sent many girls to him & all are highly satisfied. I will never go to another place. I highly recommend Envision Cosmetics.
The most concerning thing is the eyelid pulling away from the globe of the eye. If the eye dries out, the cornea (part a contact lens sits on) can be damaged. Use lubrication (ointment for the eyes) at night and during the day. Don't let the eye dry out. I recommend eyelid pushups to my patients. Put a finger on the lower eyelid and push it straight up. The scar bands that pull it down need to be broken or stretched. If no improvement four weeks out from surgery, a surgical release may be needed. Regarding the other issues, if the nerves are intact, meaning all the muscles on your face are moving, most of the tightness and pulling should dissipate with time. Good luck.
Reducing the size of the ears without surgery isn't possible. Reduction requires removal of cartilage and or skin, both of which require surgery.
Your nose looks pretty good to begin with. The pictures are small, but in general I think your idea of narrowing the top and the tip slightly as well as taking the top down a little bit would make subtle but nice changes. Unfortunately even these small changes would involve a complete rhinoplasty. Hence don't expect these small changes to be inexpensive. Look for a surgeon with a good reputation, board certification and before & after photos they can share with you. Good luck with your transformation.
Laser treatment of the lower eyelid skin will decrease the wrinkles. The type of treatment will determine how much. Fractional treatments drill many little holes through the skin but leave the majority of the skin intact. These treatments require little recovery time but multiple treatments to get good results. Laser resurfacing removes the outer layer of all the skin. The recovery is more intense and time demanding, but the results are more dramatic with only one treatment typically. The upper eyelids would likely do well with a conservative blepharoplasty, which is eyelid surgery where excess skin (and fat if needed) is removed. Removing a little bit of skin and fat would allow more of the upper eyelid to show. Find a surgeon with many before and after photos, a good reputation and proper board certification. Good luck!
Many cosmetic surgeons prefer to perform a closed rhinoplasty. Those who perform the surgery often through the closed technique are comfortable modifying the tip that way. The more modifications that are made the more difficult it can be to perform the surgery through a closed technique. Most surgeons get comfortable with a certain technique. Once they get good at it, they stick with it. Good luck.
