I had breast augmentation done by Dr. Pacheco 3/24 and I honestly can't say enough good things about her and her work. She did amazing and her professionalism and bed side manner made me feel at total ease. It was a little anxiety inducing and nerve wracking to not see my surgeon until right before surgery, but Dr. Pacheco was great about taking enough time to answer all my questions and concerns and she gave me exactly what I wanted. I'm tall but slim and smaller framed so I was concerned with getting too large of implants for my body type and had a few consults with other surgeons and ultimately I made the decision to go to PPS mostly.based on the price and reviews for their surgeons, Dr. Pacheco gave me confidence I made a good decision. She spent plenty of time explaining post op instructions and making sure I understood them to get the best results.

So Professional Plastic Surgeons, yes this place is run a little different but it's also a budget option so take that into consideration, however the work their surgeons do is great. I thought the staff were great, both front office and surgical but in all honesty this place is run to see as many patients as they can, yes you don't see your surgeon until the day of your surgery, yes it's up to you to make sure you have certain things done before surgery (blood work, mammogram, etc), yes you'll probably have to wait several hours to have your surgery, yes there's not much recovery once youre awake they basically get you out asap. For me these were acceptable since I knew I was getting a very good price and was confident with my surgeon. Post op I didn't see my surgeon, I was seen by an RN the next day to make sure everything looked ok and the clinic messaged me daily asking how I was doing for the first week and then several times a week after that for several weeks and to also send in photos of my recovery. I flew in from out of state snd stayed 5 days to recover before flying back home. I'm quite pleased with my results and do recommend them to prospective patients that are looking for an affordable option, if you're ok with the before mentioned. I plan on using them again for future work.

Dr. Pacheco is excellent! Went to Professional Plastic Surgery in Miami and I certainly would have appreciated an evaluation by Dr. Pacheco at pre-op appointment vs. a meeting with non-clinical staff. I did get to see Dr. Pacheco just a few minutes before surgery....nerve-wrecking! Not enough time to review and ask questions. Also, I would have appreciated better post-op instructions and care....perhaps written information with detailed instructions for reference. I had to use google and reviewed information on my own and thankfully I’m an RN with wound care experience so I was able to remove the JP I was sent home with, knew to look out for s/s of infection, etc.; Post-op care is as important as the procedure itself! After surgery, you do not see the surgeon again so be prepared! I was not... I expected to see surgeon at pre-op & post-op- well it didn’t happen! I ONLY saw her a few minutes before surgery for mark-up, that’s it!!! As a nurse, I was not cool with that, but it was too late...at this point.

She gave me a tummy tuck and liposuction of the waist and flanks also had muscle plication. I love it so far. I am 5 days post op. She Was easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable! 10/10 would recommend!

Today has been seven months since I did my tummy tuck with liposuction on the waist. I cannot believe how good I look. I have the confidence that I didn’t have before. I wear dresses and clothes that I would not dare wear a year ago. Looking at pictures this past weekend encouraged me to leave this review. The best decision I ever made was to go and do my procedure with Dr. Pacheco. She did an amazing job and I will like to tell all of those beautiful woman out there that had babies are feel insecure about their bodies to go see her. She will bring all of your confidence back. Best decision EVER.

Had a bbl done by doctor Pacheco. I love her so much!! She did an amazing job and has wonderful bedside manners. She was there for me from start to finish. Es una excelente cirujana y bella persona, la recomiendo 100%!! Gracias doctora Pacheco x todo. I wish I can give her 10 stars.

I just got Botox today and this is my second time with Dr. Pacheco. I have done it with other
Doctors, but I have to say she is amazing and I love her. My results are amazing. I would not go to anyone else but her. I did not swell. If you are looking for a doctor, come see her today.

Had a breast augmentation done in 2017 am very pleased with everything she has done. I am super happy witb the outcome and would highly recommend her. Awesome experience. The recovery was very good, hardly had any pain. Love her!
