Based on your picture, I doubt that your retainers would fit. If there are, than yes, wearing them 24 hours a days for the next three months will improve the alignment. You might need support from you dentist at this stage, because moving those teeth with only one single tray is quite a challenge. Not hopeless, but quite a challenge.Good Luck.Dr Bakhoa Nguyen
Yes, to avoid complications and extra fees while you are in treatment (invisalign) take care of any work your present dentist judge necessary within the next year.
Absolutly, invisalign will address your issue. Your wisdom teeth are not to blame, the crowding is due to your normal growth. Based on your picture, you seem to have an overjet which could indicate that your lower jaw may be retrusive (less advanced than the upper jaw). That could take extra time to address, but the overall case should take from 18 to 24 months. Good luck!
The best option in your case is salign. Based on your picture, I am pretty sure that there is a way without having to extract teeth. Now, that being said, your case can be correct with crowns and veneer, although you have severe crowding. The treatment is permanent, but you may have to eventually replace the veneers and crowns in ten to fifthteen years (normal wearness). The whole process might take about a month to fix your smile.
Based on your complains and photos, the best way to operate will be to: 1- realign your teeth with invisalign (invisible braces) 2- improve the appearence of the 4 front upper teeth so the two front one will "blend in" (veneering the laterals) 3- than proceed to replace the missing tooth with an implant. This should be the ideal way to solve your complains.
