I am sorry to hear you aren’t happy with your results. Fortunately, the affects of Botox are temporary. You will begin to see your skin slowly return to normal over the next few months.

You will be unable to achieve the depth of treatment with an at-home device.  That said, the at-home device can be used as an adjunct to office-based procedures.

It appears that your results are what one would expect after this type of treatment.  Please know that if you don't like it, it is temporary and will slowly wear off over a few months.

I would definitely ask your board certified dermatologist if they recommend this for you during your treatment.  Every patient is different.  However, I tend to recommend only non-irritating, bland products for sensitive skin during isotretinoin therapy.  I don't recommend using anything that can potentially irritate the skin and have found that vitamin C can be a common culprit causing skin sensitivity.  Again, my recommendation is to use unmedicated, sensitive skin products during isotretinoin therapy.
