There should be no issue with vitamin A prior to TCA peal. In fact, it may be beneficial although no definitive evidence exists yet

It would be best to wait 4-6 weeks to allow healing to take place from lipo. Ultrashape would be ineffective if there is bruising and swelling otherwise

Alternatively, can do ultrashape to avoid bruising, swelling, scars etc and get the same results
