I flew from London to Istanbul for my breast reduction and spent two nights in Dr. Ay?e’s affiliated hospital, (Erdem Hospital) then three nights at the Hilton Garden Inn (breakfast and shuttle included). • Day 1 (Arrival & Admission): • Quick sign-in with minimal wait. • Routine blood tests, paperwork signed. • I asked for copies of the consent forms afterward to read at leisure—hospital staff were happy to provide them. • Day 2 (Surgery Day): • First in-person consult with Dr. Ay?e: she reviewed my goals, drew surgical markings, and answered all my questions. • Her assistant collected payment while I changed into a gown and compression socks. • Post-op, I was cold—so they kindly provided a heated blanket, which made a world of difference. • Days 3–5 (Recovery & After-Care): • Nurses on the ward were efficient, though a bit brisk compared to UK standards. (Note: they report to the hospital, not Dr. Ay?e directly, so bedside manner varies.) • On Day 4, drains were removed at the Hilton by Dr. Ay?e’s assistant nurse—completely painless and swift. • Hotel Stay (Hilton Garden Inn): • Immaculately clean, spacious room. • All the usual amenities plus a hot breakfast buffet—essential for post-op energy.
I can see that your nipples position is looking good,if you are not expecting a very perky breast I can perform your surgery without any lifting needed.
Thank you for sharing the pictures,if you don't want to go for a 3rd breast surgery then you might keep them the same for now,but if you're unhappy with the size and shape difference ,you can have another one done to fix the previous surgery..As your implants are over the muscles,it's expected that they might drop a bit more by time.
Thank you for sharing your pictures,I've had a similar case to yours who's had almost 400 CC over muscles as she didn't want an uplift in her first surgery, she started having a saggy breast a couple of months after her first surgery and ended up with a revision breast augmentation with an uplift.I performed her surgery with smaller implants and uplift, which made her happy and satisfied!I would recommend you to wait for 4 months after stopping breastfeeding before you go for any breast surgery.
Thank you for sharing your picture Sensible, you might be able to have a breast augmentation without an uplift but seems like an uplift could give you a higher profile with a more perky shape, and help you avoid sagginess in the future.
Thank you for sharing your pictures, the upper part of your breasts is quite empty so you will need new implants to re fill the overall shape and give a higher profile of your breasts, however an uplift is defenitely needed if you are expecting a perky and satisfying shape of your breasts, which can give a more symmetrical and satisfying shape.
