(Note: they report to the hospital, not Dr. Ay?e directly, so bedside manner varies.) • On Day 4, drains were removed at the Hilton by Dr. Ay?e’s assistant nurse—completely painless and swift. • Hotel Stay (Hilton Garden Inn): • Immaculately clean, spacious room. • All the usual amenities plus a hot breakfast buffet—essential for post-op energy.

Got a quote 10 months ago for thigh lift (was told I need a full thigh lift) bum lift and breast implants and uplift, I sent a short 90 sec video of myself in a thong so dr could see what I wanted doing, the rep replied with yes that can all be done, the cost and how much deposit was needed, so I save for 10 months, deposit paid flights booked, I’m self employed so sorted all that needed sorting to have time off work, got to the hospital and the next morning she came to draw on me and told me she couldn’t do my thigh lift, couldn’t do the bum lift even though I had talked in depth want I wanted, I said I want my boobs same size but lifted, I wasn’t sure what implants I had in due to it being 12 years since I was rushed into hospital after my PIP implants ruptured and I just said replace with same size, anyway having an uplift makes you drop a size or 2 and I had 440cc ultra high profile so I’m guessing with the uplift I’d of needed 450cc or 500cc to keep them the same, I’ve woken up with 400cc high profile and I’m so upset, everyone that knows me keep commenting “oh god there small” or their jaw just hits the floor when they see me and say “where’s your boobs gone” I’m so depressed I don’t want to go out, I can’t wear crop tops in the gym anymore because I’m so self conscious, she has ruined my life and I ended up having a mini thigh lift which hasn’t made any difference really Updated on 24 May 2025: I should probably of mentioned that my breast uplift is really good, both breasts at this stage are in the perfect position so I can not fault her work in that regards, she does do a good uplift, my problem is they are just so small compared to what I had and I really like having big breasts and I said I wanted to keep the size I had but I’ve dropped about 2 cup sizes and my confidence has dropped so much, I used to feel so confident with gym tops on etc and now I just want to cover up in baggy tops, I wish so much she had put between 450cc and 500cc because they would be perfect which is what was agreed Updated on 21 Jun 2025: They are getting bigger, I’m seeing a dr at the breast clinic in the uk weekly as I have been given no advice from Dr Ayse, my breast surgeon at the breast clinic for the NHS said he can’t promise they will not get worse and I may need them removed, I will be speaking legal advice to get a refund as I will need to pay to have them redone in the uk if this happens, not only did she down size me to tiny boobs I now have this to deal with, I’m struggling to work too, I’m thinking of going private to see if I can be stitch back up or if I have to wait for them to heal, I’ve had breast implants 4 times over 25 years and these are the only ones I’ve had in another country and they are the worst set I’ve had Updated on 25 Jun 2025: I’m just updating photos that I took at the breast clinic today ……………………………………………………………………………………………………………….,..,,……………………………………
