I had been dreaming and researching nose jobs for years. I spent countless outs on RealSelf looking up doctors and looking at results. But when it came down to it, I was just too scared! While my nose bothered me on a daily basis, and I felt self conscious when someone saw me from the side, no one else noticed and it was not that bad. I was scared I’d end up hating my new nose or have complications. Then I came across a YouTube video of Dr Ayad performing his three point rhino. It’s a non-surgical nose job with fillers. I didn’t even know such a thing existed and was amazing at his IG account and the work he did! I booked in instantly and it is the best thing I have ever done. It changed my whole life and how I look at myself. I am no longer self conscious when I smile and my nose is so perfect from the side but looks same from front, which is what I wanted. He told me it would have been a shame for me to have a nose job and I am glad I never did it. I went back a year after to have a refill but my nose still looked so amazing I barely even needed to. Next time I won’t go back for probably a year and a half post treatment.

My nose looks awful, so much bigger and it looks so obviously filled. He injected loads at the top of my nose and you can see from the photo how bad it looks. I used to have a nice slope but he has completely destroyed my face. I went back a few times to express how dissatisfied I was and he basically told me there was nothing wrong and that it may be swelling from the heat, well it's been over 6 months and it hasn't gone down at all. I then enquired about getting it dissolved and I read up on Hyaluronidase and decided I couldn't risk it even though I look horrific now. He tells each patient what he thinks they want to hear, tells me it will be gone within a year then posts on Instagram that his clients filler has lasted for 2 years. Do not trust him with your nose. My photo speaks for itself. He has destroyed my confidence and my life. Please don't do it.

Terrible terrible terrible I had filler done with him and he made my nose wonky told me to wait 6 weeks due to swelling which he doesn’t say at the app. 6 weeks went by still the same problem then he filled my nose again and told me to wait another 6 weeks still wonky and even bigger texted him several times no reply now I’m looking to get it dissolved I’d never trust him with anything on my face unfortunately I went according to his Instagram biggest mistake I made
