Moderate profile seems to fit your anatomy better. As far as the size (cc’s) go, I prefer not to decide that before the operation. I estimate a range, rather than one single implant size. For the first week your arms movements should be restricted and driving not allowed in order to avoid bleeding from pulling on the muscles. The following two weeks the activity is usually governed by the degree of your discomfort. Even if there is no discomfort, vigorous exercises should not be done.
