Hello, I am sorry you are going through this experience. How long ago was your procedure? Are you still doing compression? If so, what kind of compression? I have seen this resolve with aggressive massage of the rippled area with a gentle moisturizer, like Aquaphor, and time. Incorrect compression can contribute to the skin not laying smoothly. It could be restricting the skin from settling properly. If it does resolve over the next few months, then you could consider a formal neck lift. Certainly follow up with your plastic surgeon so that they can follow along and support you during the recovery process. Sometimes it is helpful to bring in your compression garment so they can assess how it is fitting. Hang in there, there are some other options as well but that is my initial impression. Ashley N.
