Votiva treatment is gentle and safe. The Votiva has 2 modes:FormaV that tightens the vagina and Fractora V that treats the outside lips. I assume that you’re talking about the Forma V. Votiva is designed to stay in the safe zone of temperature and energy at all times. The Votiva device only works on the tissue it is touching which would be the vagina itself. PCOS or polycystic ovary syndrome affects the ovaries that are deep inside the pelvis. The Votiva wand itself wouldn’t have any contact with them. As for your cervix, PCOS doesn’t affect the cervix, perhaps you have Nabothian cysts that are blocked mucus glands. Nabothian cysts are normal and don’t cause pain or other problems. Although I recommend a pelvic check before any treatment, I haven’t seen any cervix or ovary problems after Votiva in my patients.
