I really, really had a hard time my whole life getting my stomach flat. Especially after having kids. The procedure was virtually painless, the room was clean (I was able to watch Netflix- Yes!), and the staff was more than happy to accommodate you with snacks, more pillows, and anything else you'd need to stay comfortable. Within about two hours, I CoolSculpted my whole stomach and flanks- and then drove myself home! I was sore for a few days, just like I had a good work out. But now I'm 6 weeks out and notice awesome results! My stomach doesn't hang over my jeans, my clothes look and fit better, and I'm more comfortable with my body than I've ever been! I can't wait for the next few weeks as I'll continue to lose more fat!
