That's a good question. Ultherapy may provide some improvement for the residual acne scars, though that's not a primary indication for Ultherapy. If the scars are not too deep, then it may be worth trying. if they are deep, then Ultherapy would not provide much benefit. For the lines around the eyes (crow's feet), Ultherapy does provide some softening while giving natural looking results. However, those lines may be difficult to treat with Ultherapy alone. I usually recommend combination treatments of crow's feet with Botox, Ultherapy, and/or chemical peels to get the optimal outcome. Find a good dermatologist or facial plastic surgeon in your area who can provide different treatment options for the residual acne scars, so that you can make an informed decision.
